The Cabin

Peaceful & quiet, pet-friendly log cabin with decking & patio area. The Cabin has an enclosed secure, garden at the end of a private shared driveway. Surrounded by woodland and wildlife, with a small stream running close by. The cabin is fully equipped and has an open plan living space with a fully fitted kitchen. Breakfast bar, Lounge with 50" Smart TV & Xbox. 1 double bedroom, shower room & a private decking & seating area with BBQ & fire pit. *Adults only. No infants or children please.

Wee Coorie Apartment - Central Pitlochry

Wee Coorie Apartment – a Victorian maisonette in the conservation area of Pitlochry. This cosy first-floor self-contained apartment is located in central Pitlochry - ideally situated and within walking distance to local shops, restaurants and all public transport services. This compact apartment contains two bedrooms and is ideally suited for couples, duo and solo adventurers (Not suitable for infants and children under 18 (Matter of license restrictions my home is an Adults only space).

Writer's Retreat in the heart of Perthshire

'The Howff' is a refurbished farm worker's bothy in a rural location with lots of walks and access to beautiful parts of Perthshire. One hour's drive from Edinburgh, 20 mins Dundee or Perth. This authentic bothy contains one room with single bed, wood burning stove, mini kitchen unit with fridge, oven, portable hob and kettle, separate shower room, wc, basin. Linen and towels included. Although small, The Howff is warm and cosy and makes a perfect retreat. Please note for ONE only.

This beautifully appointed, spacious cottage is light and airy yet delightfully snug in winter. Explore the lovely surrounding Perthshire countryside or simply relax and enjoy the space. Lose yourself in the gorgeous scenery, walk in the hills, or swim in the lochs...there is so much to do and so many fun local day trips. Rose Cottage is very well located for exploring Scotland! Bookings are available starting on a Friday or Monday, minimum stay 3 nights. Sorry no children or pets.

The Old Kennels @ Milton of Cluny (with Sauna)

1 bedroom attached cottage in Highland Perthshire, 3 miles from Aberfeldy & Grandtully. Wood fired sauna in adjacent steading (1st use included). Idyllically situated on the foothills of Farragon hill, with beautiful walks right from the door. There is a spacious super kingsize (or twin) bedroom, spectacular living space, modern kitchen & shower room, private entrance, parking & outside seating area. Note location of the house as detailed in 'house rules' (4wd recommended for winter)

Dunkeld Townhouse Apartment

This self-contained apartment, which is perfect for 2 people but can accommodate up to 2 small children as well, is set within the property owners house, situated on the first floor of an iconic listed building in the heart of the lovely Georgian village of Dunkeld. Built in 1809 by the Duke of Atholl as accommodation for the manager of the grocery shop below, the property retains many original historic features, including sash windows and wooden shutters in the main room.

Little Rosslyn

Little Rosslyn is a lovely detached self-catering studio which sits in the grounds of our family home in the centre of the village of Stanley, Perthshire, gateway to the Scottish Highlands. The studio has been recently renovated and sits back from the road on a quiet street and within walking distance of local amenities. There are lots of walks from the property where you can explore our lovely village and local area or why not hike up one of Perthshire's many Munros.

The Lodge, Heath Park

The Lodge is the two storey annexe of Heath Park which was one of the holiday homes of Beatrix Potter. It is within easy walking distance of the rail station and intercity bus stop. A car parking space is also adjacent to the house. The Lodge has been recently refurbished with a new ensuite bathroom and kitchen and new furniture. It is accessed through the main gates of Heath Park which lead to a stone gateway and small hard landscaped area.

This is a unique barn loft space with spectacular sunsets and views in every direction. Located down a rough track & surrounded by wildlife and stunning countryside. There walks & bike trails from the front door. The cosy loft is a perfect peaceful space to relax. There are comfortable beds & a simple kitchenette. The loft has direct access to a private garden area with bbq.

Millbank Cottage - excellent place for couples

Millbank Cottage is located in Rosemount, a very peaceful place on the outskirts of Blairgowrie. This over 120-year-old building has recently been transformed into a cosy one-bedroom house, with a light and airy kitchen living space. Outside of the house is a two-car parking spot and a large garden.
