Be our exclusive guests. Drive down our road w/ trees, cattle fields, and stay on the edge of the woods in a pocket of privacy. Our property is full of mature elm and oak trees. We have 7 acres of trails on the property. See our wildlife w/ wild turkey, wild hogs, whitetail deer, raccoons, armadillos, hummingbirds, Robins, egrets, painted buntings, and red tail and red shoulder hawks are on the property. Our pond is stocked! *No cleaning fee if checkout instructions are followed!

Located on our private 4-acre property, you have all the basic amenities for a comfy stay, including a shared BBQ area and a treehouse! Located in the heart of the Texas Hill Country, we are just 3 miles from The Preserve, 4 miles from Tubing on the Horseshoe/Whitewater Amphitheater, 2 miles from the Guadalupe River Access Trail, and only a 10-minute walk to the Canyon Lake Dam!

This 40 ft RV is nestled in a natural surrounding at the top of a hill near the Guadalupe River which makes for the perfect glamping getaway. It has that adventurous outdoor feeling of getting away from it all but with all the comforts of home. All within 1 mile of Historic downtown Gruene and 3 miles to Schlitterbahn water park and downtown New Braunfels. Package includes use of tubes and kayaks. Comal County WORD Permit #L1494
