Herd into a Cozy Barn Haus – NB! (Rustic Barnyard)

Welcome to 'The Barn Haus' (8 Guests)—our incredibly chic boho barn-themed New Braunfels home! A newer build in a secluded community located in the middle of farmlands (well kind of) where you'll enjoy the regular luxuries of a full-size home minus all the hay! Though secluded, you're just a short drive from Historic Downtown New Braunfels, Schlitterbahn, Gruene, Comal River, Buc-ee's & Canyon Lake. Plus, you and the herd are just 2 easy minutes from the resort style pool, BBQ, and splash pad:)

Hot Spot on Comal River. Best Location in town.

This condo is about 50 yards from the beautiful year round 72 degree Comal River and about three blocks from central New Braunfels. The place is professionally cleaned and sanitized between guests. Always free off street parking (two vehicle maximum) and limited covered parking on first come first serve basis. Nice elevator a few steps away. There will be an additional $40 per animal (total) Pet Fee that you will be charged after booking. No extra guests or visitors unless approved by owner.

The Glory Nest w/pool and pickleball court

The Glory Nest was built in 2024, boasts of a 180 acre nature park as her front yard and is part of Olliewoods Oasis - a mix and match of colorful and eclectic sleeping options. The property is 2.5 acres and is adjacent to the park. It also offers a pool, 30x30 covered pavilion, covered pickleball court, volleyball, outdoor hot water shower and toilet/shower house (Groovy Go Go). Board games/movies/yard games provided along with pickleball paddles to try the fastest growing sport in America!

Close to shopping - 15 minutes from downtown riverwalk, pearl district and 30 minutes from theme parks (Sea World, Fiesta Texas). Perfect location for TDY (Randolph and BAMC) and traveling nurses.

And if you’re lucky, you might catch a glimpse of Chappy, our resident chaparral. The Chaparral makes a great home-base for those looking to explore New Braunfels, Canyon Lake, Wimberley, and the Guadalupe River. We are located just minutes from both Gruene and Whitewater Amphitheater.

The Lily-Rose Pool House

This charming pool house is located 3.2 miles from I-35 on the east side of New Braunfels. Come take a dip in the pool, BBQ on the patio, and enjoy the sunset at our quiet country escape. Just a short drive away from Schlitterbahn and the Comal River, you will have a quiet space to relax after a long day in the sun!
