Helt hus tæt på strand og S-tog

Lej vores lille hyggelige hus på 110kvm med have og lille ældre solrig sydvestvendt terrasse. To soveværelser, et meget stort (vi kalder det for "suiten" :) ) + et mindre, mulighed for ekstra opredning. Stort badeværelse fra 2023 med to brusere og håndvaske. Clever el-lader. Huset ligger 5 min gåafstand fra strand, 3 min gåafstand fra Karlslunde St - S-tog til København (25 min) + Køge (15 min). Pga. allergi er kæledyr desværre ikke velkomne. Pga. sikkerhed er huset ikke egnet for mindre børn.

Unikt sommerhus i 1. række hvor du kan nyde en perfekt kombination af afslappende strandliv og nærheden til Københavns seværdigheder og gastronomiske oplevelser. Nyd solopgangen med en kop kaffe og få ro i sindet til lyden af bølger, spil bold med børnene i haven eller nyd en grillmiddag på terrassen med familie og venner. Centralt beliggende for udflugter med 20 km til Københavns centrum, Lufthavnen, Roskilde og Køge. Indenfor 1,5 km findes station, storcenter, restauranter og supermarkeder.

Nice house near Copenhagen direct to the beach!

We are ready for 2025! Our house is about 150 m2 and perfect for 6 persons wanting to stay near Copenhagen and at the same time enjoy life at the beach. There are 3 bedrooms, each with a queen/king size bed, living room, kitchen and two bathrooms. And from the livingroom and kitchen you have the nicest view at the sea. We have a lot of things available for you to use during your stay like 3 kayaks, bicycles, boule at the beach and then off course a Weber grill for the barbecue!

Privat house with wonderful garden 25 min from cph

Welcome to our home! Here you have the chance to stay in a private house with a wonderful garden only 25 minutes drive from Copenhagen and 2 km from the beach. There are 3 bedrooms in the house and the posibility of at double air mattress in the office. You have the luxary of 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets. The house is modern, spacious and homey. The location is the perfect base for your Sealand adventure or just a nice quiet getaway. We look forward to hosting you!

Laksehytten - The Salmon House

Et arkitekttegnet hus midt i den meget rolige Karlslunde landsby. Ligger på lukket vej kun 100m fra byens gadekær, samt 150m fra indkøb. Nyd solen på lukket terrasse og lad børnene sove i annekset som ligger lige ud til terrassen. Huset er lyst og stilfuldt med fokus på terrassen og køkken-alrum. Er vejret ikke med jer er der 18kvm Orangeri med direkte adgang fra stuen. Huset er beliggende 25min kørsel fra København, eller 3km fra Karlslunde Station.

Idyllisk hus i Karlslunde Landsby - lige ved gadekæret. 5 min gang til indkøbsmuligheder og offentlig transport. Hus til 5 personer med 3 soveværelser. Lukket have og god terrasse mod syd. 1 badeværelse Det bliver ikke mere idyllisk. Der gives rabat ved længere ophold. København 25 km. Køge 20 km og Roskilde 15 km. Meget centralt Rengøring koster kr. 1000 El, vand og varme afregnes særskilt

Exclusive Villa in the 1st row on the beach.

Architect designed exclusive villa in 1st row on child-friendly sandy beach. The villa is completely newly built with a great location and views on a quiet residential road away from noise and in child-friendly surroundings. Our house is perfect for summer vacation in the middle of the beach for 1 or 2 families with children. 2x cars can park at the house in the carport.

Big traditional Danish village house.

Big charming house (the old village merchant/købmandsgård) on the countryside just outside Copenhagen. 220 sqm house, with a nice garden perfect for families. The house has been fully renovated in 2018 and 2019. Copenhagen is only a 20 minute drive from the house (25km). It is also easy to get there with public transportation.
