It's one block from a grocery store, drug stores & bus line. It is also a close trip to the Garden District, Tulane, French Quarter, and the St. Charles Avenue street car line. It features a washer/dryer and a kitchen with all basic cooking amenities. Built in the 1880s, the apartment is awash with historic New Orleans charm.

The French Qtr is a 6min cab ride,Superdome(1.3m), 2 blocks from The Broad Theater,4 blocks from Dooky Chase Rest and Whole Foods. Along with a host of other restaurants and bars nearby. Being that this area is the birthplace of jazz you may awaken to a jazz band parading on any given day. *btw* I have two toddlers living upstairs so you will hear their little feet occasionally.
