We are located in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. There is a wonderful outdoor space with a kitchen, fireplace, grill, eating area, heated pool, hot tub and a gorgeous view, especially at sunset. The BNB space includes a kitchenette, bathroom, living space, large bedroom and separate entrance. The location is perfect for horse lovers, hikers, rafters, bikers, wine enthusiasts, and antique shoppers. We are 20 min from Tryon International Equestrian Center (TIEC) and 10 min from FENCE.

Visitors are blown away by the view and the sound of the river. Beautiful walking trail and 2 kayaks available for use. There is a beautiful waterfall located only 600 yards upriver, by kayak. There are bald eagles, turtles, herons, etc.. 15 miles to GSP airport and 21 miles to downtown Greenville and Spartanburg. (No pets, smoking/vaping inside, or guns!)

Come and relax in a peaceful setting on 6 acres amongst many oak trees.  Enjoy a cup of coffee on the front porch.  Private entrance with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with walk-in shower, kitchenette/family room, TV with FireTVStick, free WiFi, books & games.  Kitchenette has small refrigerator with freezer, microwave, toaster oven and Keurig coffee maker. But no sink or stove . Coffee, creamer, sugar, water, paper products and plastic ware provided.  Parking is available on property.

The Craftsman Studio is a new downtown addition to a 110 year old craftsman house. The addition was designed and decorated by a Greenville architect who lives in the main house. The property sits in a historic downtown neighborhood, just 4 short blocks from Main St. Although it's so close to downtown, the neighborhood is a quiet haven away from urban life. (Although there are kids in the neighborhood which could add some flare/fun noise to your day if you’re staying in.)

Platts' Place Retro Retreat

The guest suite is located on the first floor of a two-story subdivision home. The suite is separated from the rest of the home by a locked door (both sides are locked.) The private guest entrance is at the back of the home. People live here though, so plan on a little noise transfer from the street and home. Parking is on site. The space is pet free, but guests are welcome to visit our pets if they need to cuddle some fur babies.
