Welcome to the Raymond! Finished in 2025, the home is complete with pool and plenty of space for the family to relax. Pool can be heated/cooled. 10 min to downtown Greenville, 30 min to Clemson. The Raymond has 4 bedrooms, separate office and 3.5 baths. There are two ensuite bedrooms with king beds, one upstairs and one down. Two downstairs bedrooms share a full bath. The pool is the perfect place to relax after a day exploring Greenville. Or, hang out in the game room with ping pong table!

Private - Quiet and secluded neighborhood on Lake Bowen with dock & lake access. Enjoy spacious house with private 20x40 in-ground swimming pool, dock for fishing and boating, large decks & charcoal grill make for a great BBQ day! 2 kayaks provided! If you plan to bring your own boat to use from Maggie's dock, contact the Lake Bowen Warden Office to obtain boat sticker. Boat rentals are also available. Starting June 15, 2021-Spartanburg County Occupancy tax is 3% for each night.
