Welcome to the Green Room NYC. Many will love it, some may hate it, but one thing is for sure: you're in store for a blast from the past when you stay here.. Designed by designer & muralist, Kate White, this 1879 former hostel was transformed into a retro, green AF abode to feed your adventurous cravings. No detail was spared in creating this funky, nostalgic, 70's themed space. Whether you're visiting for a day or a month, just know the grass is always greener in the Green Room.

Charming, private, newly renovated three-room guest suite in a family-owned Brownstone on a picturesque Brooklyn street. The sunny bedroom has a queen bed and a full size desk with lamp and charging station should you wish to work remotely. The kitchen is fully stocked and looks out onto our back garden. The bathroom has both tub and shower. You’ll be a few blocks from the A/C Trains with easy access to the Wall Street, The West Village, Central Park and the Upper West Side.

Beautiful, 2-bedroom and 2-bath duplex apartment located on the 1st and garden floors of a classic brick building. The apartment has one king-size bed, two twin-size beds, and a full-size bed. Located just a 7-10 minute walk from the PATH and ferry station to NYC, and with a bus stop only two blocks away, you'll have easy access to all the excitement of the city.

The top floor of privately-owned brownstone built in 1899 in a historic Park Slope part of Brooklyn. Just a short walk from 500-acre Prospect Park, Brooklyn Museum, and Botanic Garden. Short walk to multiple subway lines (3 stops to Manhattan). The place had undergone major renovation: central A/C, upgraded bathrooms, new appliances and décor. Under NYC law, we are allowed to host only two "paying guests". Reach out to us first if your party includes more than two adults.
