This 4 BR home is shabby chic and a very warming and inviting home for you and your guests. You will find that you can be entertained with a wood fire/sand pit or even a game of pool by the bar in the basement. There are two cozy gas fireplaces inside for your enjoyment. This beautiful home has plenty of open space for eating with friends and family. You can also enjoy the fully appointed kitchen and includes a BBQ grill. I live in a small house in a quiet residential neighborhood about 4 miles west of I 25. Shopping and restaurants are close by and a super Walmart is within a 2-3 minute walk. Estes Park and the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park is a beautiful 30 miles to the west. The Ranch, otherwise known as the Budweiser Event Center, is about 5 miles away. Denver, Boulder, and Cheyenne are all within an hour’s drive. Loveland is known as an artistic community and sculptures abound.
