The Onyx Cottage - Very Cozy and Private

Welcome to your own private cottage. A completely furnished space with all the amenities you can expect in a big house. Home is fully air conditioned and heated. The bedroom does not have a door on purpose due to the design of the small space. You are welcome to bring your furry family (pets) along. Bates Hendricks Luxe with Roof Deck

I am so excited to share my beautiful house with you, located in the Bates Hendricks neighborhood of Indy. Close to Fountain Square, Lucas Oil Stadium, Gainbridge Fieldhouse and lots more fun. The house has 3 beautiful bedrooms, 2 ensuite. There is a lounge upstairs with a comfy leather futon for more sleeping room. Off that is a beautiful roof deck with gas BBQ, firepit and dining for 6+. Also located on the same street as the famous HGTV Good Bones girls shop. Come visit Indy!

This spacious, newly renovated carriage house comfortably sleeps 4-5. Private entrance leads to a meticulously cleaned, peaceful abode- only 10 minutes to downtown Indy!! Enjoy walks with a cup of coffee to take in all of Historic Irvington, or simply relax in this quiet retreat and enjoy the only table shuffleboard in a private rental in all of Indianapolis! This updated, spacious home is near a walk/run/bike trail and has been furnished to meet your needs while in Indy. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and a loft as a 4th bedroom. It has a semi-private backyard patio w/fire pit and seating for 6. This 2-story home is in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from concerts, sporting events, restaurants, the zoo, Indianapolis Children's Museum, the Canal, and much more! Also, we're just a 20-minute drive from the airport. No pets please.
