The Beach House Torquay - Private Guest Suite

Turn down our gum lined driveway and leave the hustle behind you! Our Guest Studio is a separate wing of our home, with private entrance, courtyard, and is flooded with natural light - the perfect spot to base yourself for a Surf Coast getaway! A quick 5 minute drive takes you into Torquay town centre & it's beautiful beaches. ****4 night minimum from 22 Dec, 2026 through to 11 Jan, 2027. If your stay is longer than 4 days, our housekeepers will arrive on the 4th day to re-set the studio****

Located in a quiet residential street but only a 2 minute walk from the hustle and bustle of Pakington Street which has an abundance of cafes, restaurants and boutiques. A short 20 mins stroll will take you to GMHBA Stadium, 10-15 to the station, Geelong city centre and the Waterfront to enjoy an array of bars, live music venues and vibrant nightlife. The Spirit of Tasmania Ferry is only a 10 minute drive.

Being brick with double-glazed windows, the space is quiet and peaceful. And the private deck, which is screened by a hedge, offers secluded outdoor sitting. On colder evenings, the gas log fire is a treat. The ensuite is clean and well lit and boasts a roomy double shower.

Accommodating up to 4 guests, in two well-appointed bedrooms (1 Queen bed, 2 single beds), each featuring soft, cozy bedding and ample storage to ensure a restful night’s sleep. Fully equipped kitchen, laundry with full washer and dryer and outdoor deck to enjoy a relaxed meal or morning coffee. Local cafes, the main street all within walking distance.

Self-contained studio apartment with private entry, perfect for couples or singles. Very spacious and quiet. Safe, off-street parking directly in front of the studio. Close to the Barwon River if you enjoy a morning run or sunset stroll. Minutes to Highton Village & Pakington St for boutique shopping and dining. Easy ring road access to the Surf Coast or Melbourne and a short drive to the many attractions on offer around Geelong. Sorry not suitable for children or pets.

'NEST' retreat - peaceful coastal getaway

A peaceful rural outlook, sounds of frogs and birds, while lying in a luxurious bath in a stylish, spacious retreat, super comfy queen bed. 2.5km to Whites beach. Note: The studio is attached to our house, you may hear general life kitchen/tv noise, but you have a private entrance and secluded easterly deck. Cooking facilities: BBQ, microwave, air fryer, rice cooker, kettle, toaster. Dog friendly. PLEASE - dog bath before arrival, bring a towel for muddy/sandy paws.

Minutes to shops, the Train Station, You Yangs. This executive 1/2 cottage is a working away from home delight.

Asmara Retreat - Barwon Heads Surf River & Escape

If you are after a relaxing break in a fab coastal surf town this is it. Separated from the main dwelling Asmara offers privacy comfort & space. Very quiet neighbourhood. 3 Mins by car & 20 min walk to the Main Street, beach, river & shops.. Toaster bar fridge and coffee tea making facilities. Bbq. NOTE we are not directly in town so to avoid disappointment Please don’t book here if you wish to be close to Main Street .
