WOW what an incredible house...or should I say manor? the house, land, gardens and views were nothing short of spectacular. it is a very large home, and yet we felt so cosy and comfortable, nothing was cold or sterile. the beautiful antique furniture, panoramic windows and spacious surrounds were incredible. Each space had its own purpose. We didn't miss TV at all, sitting by the huge window, watching the view all the way out to port phillip bay, with a glass of wine, and Chopin playing in the background was just the relaxing long weekend we needed. We witness countless birds stopping by, a wallaby, fox and other creatures enjoying the generous and beautiful gardens. We really did fall in love with Boyanda and would recommend it 100% We do plan on returning in the near future. Incredible stay, Thankyou!

The home is so well set up for a weekend away, it has everything you could need. Blair was really responsive and helpful

Annick and JP made us feel very at home and welcomed. They were very accommodating to our individual needs & supportive of the fact i have a disability which required extra support. We needed long term housing & trying to find accommodation for that amount of time was extremely difficult and both Annick & JP came to our rescue & really saved us from being homeless whilst our house was being rebuilt. They were respectful of our privacy during our time there & made us feel like it was our home during our stay. The SPA is AMAAAAAAZING and worth coming to stay for it alone and my daughter and family also enjoyed the theatre room. We cant THANK BOTH ANNICK & JP for everything you have done for us.

We enjoyed our couple of nights at Gwen's home. Very friendly and helpful. We had full access to upstairs which was the perfect size for our family of 4. Clean and tidy. We even had the option to use their kitchen down stairs if needed. Thank you so very much Gwen for our wonderful stay.

Barbara was a great host! Responded very quickly, and was very accommodating to our requests. Check-in instructions were easy to follow The house was very clean and accomodating. We could not have asked for a better location. Overall a wonderful place; we would stay here again easily!

Staying at Michelle's was fantastic. The place is very homy, the launge view was amazing! We were even greeted by some kookaburras one morning! And Michelle herself was very helpful and proactive. Highly recommended. Thank you, Michelle, for having us. We would definitely come back for another escape.

Anthea is a very kind and lovely lady; my friends and I all like her. The house’s location is very convenient for transportation, with frequent services on routes 70 and 75. The kitchen and living room are spacious, and the garden is beautiful. During our stay at Anthea’s place, we felt just like at home.

Justin was a personable and lovely hosts. Justin met me and set me up with our stay in the beautiful suite and help me arrange an amazing in room massage (coming from a massage snob the contractors Justin uses are 10/10!) as well was giving us vouchers for the tea house we had planned on visiting. Ling gave us a tour on his beautiful veggie garden and even gave us some of his produce including a zucchini bigger than my arm! He also gave us a wholesome lesson on how to grown certain vegetables <3 Room was spotless, beautiful, private and romantic. We had a lovely Valentine’s Day here! I would definitely recommend this accommodation (especially if you want to earn some brownie points with a partner ;-) )

Little Retreat is relaxing and in a great location. We didn’t use the spa but it looked inviting. The bathroom was fresh and clean and I appreciated the Turkish towels. To me it felt like bush meets beach. It is bushy all around the accommodation and the lake. It felt relaxing and private. I really appreciated the electric barbecue to cook on. Suzy and Rick were easy to communicate with. They obviously love sharing their property.

Our stay at Jess’ apartment in Seaford was perfect for what we were after. The apartment had absolutely everything we needed for our long weekend. The apartment was super funky and cosy and as soon as we walked in, we felt at home. The aircon worked a treat in the living room / kitchen and the pedestal fan was an added bonus in the main bedroom given the hot weather. The location was perfect situated right across from the beach and a short drive to some great restaurants and cafes. Jess was brilliant with her communication and we would not hesitate to stay at her apartment again.

We were looking for several places in stumble upon this Airbnb, we couldn’t be more happier and pleased with the service that was provided. The place was clean and we were very happy.

A perfect place for my quick little getaway. Very comfortable and Grace was friendly and responsive. I was able to use the beautiful fireplace (providing my own wood) and it was perfect! Basic kitchen necessities supplied, toaster, kettle, microwave. If you don't need anything more than that for your kitchen needs then this little place is a gem!

Great location near a lot of things. Beautiful place to stay, with city views at night. Highly recommended to stay if your in Melbourne.

Cleanest Air BnB I’ve ever stayed at. Absolutely sparkling clean which was much appreciated. Above a large Coles, Nandos, Bakers Delight and some posh fruit and vegetable deli type place (forget the name but in NSW it would be like a Harris Farm). Air BnB was spotless. One bedroom, one bathroom, one car space (visitors). Enclosed shared garden area for all the residents to use. This Air BnB is a flat with a swipe key to get around the common areas. Some noise from the M1 can be heard but it is more like white noise so not too bad. Queen bed had lovely clean sheets. Helen was kind enough to leave me a cheese as I am studying a cheese course. I found an off leash dog park across the bridge next to Tooronga train station (but the way it is set out it was safe to let the dogs off leash). 30 Mill coffee shop is dog friendly outside (no cover if it rains though) and the coffee and breakfast were nice (Shakshuka and Bacon Benny were both good).

We had a wonderful time here - the place is exquisite. The decor was beautifully styled and we particularly loved the fireplace and giant bathtub! Every amenity we needed was there waiting for us and it was just a short walk down to Olinda Village and beautiful parklands. This felt like a luxury version of our own home and we hope to come back again next year. Thank you for having us!

I was genuinely impressed by the colourful garden and the vibrant green trees. Your garden appears to have been planted with a lot of love and care, and it always brings me a smile when I walk by. Additionally, I was very impressed with the interior design. The colour schemes, furniture styles, lighting effects, and overall atmosphere of the room create a relaxing environment. We would love to book the house again.

Kumari & Paul are fabulous hosts who look after us really well. The accommodation in their home is spotless, spacious, comfortable, cosy and colourful. You can walk to the beautiful beach at Half Moon Bay and the Black Rock restaurants and cafes. So many reasons to stay and why we return here!

Lovely quiet cottage in a beautiful location. Lots to do in the local area. Greeted by Luca the friendly dog, and Tony and Jacky were wonderful hosts who went over and above by providing homemade bread and cake!

Sharon’s amazing accomodation was perfect for a weekend holiday and made us feel right at home straight away. It was close to everything and easy to get to. The house was spotless and very well maintained. Having breakfast already there was incredible, we can’t thank Sharon enough and we will definitely be coming back to this accomodation again in the near future

Thank you Jan for hosting us for such a wonderful few nights. We loved the accomodation and the location and were also very happy to meet your puppies (might have been the highlight of the trip)! The gallery was a beautiful place to stay. Rhonda and Mark were easy to communicate with and supplied all of your necessity’s and then some. Thank you so much for having us. I highly recommend this place for anyone considering a stay in the Dandenongs.

Kerry and Rob are such welcoming host! From what to see and do to where to eat, they both did their very best to make my friends and I feel comfortable. I would say their house is photo shoot ready and insta worthy. Do take note that the hot water pipe in the bath(duh, ikr but still good to shout out) is hidden behind the shower curtains and will be hot to the touch. Kerry and Rob invited me into their cozy living room for a cuppa tea and the most invigorating chat that recharges me from a long day. Luann and I will be back when we come back with more friends to visit…!
