This cottage is so cozy, most people call it the "Honeymoon Kottage." Bear Kottage sits right on the beautiful Alarka Creek; you can walk out your door and fish right in your back yard. This is a great little cottage for those wishing to do a little fishing, wading in the creek, or simply relax beside the beauty of the water from the comfort of their porch rockers or hot tub. This is a new cabin near Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg that is the perfect blend of seclusion and entertainment. It is located in a quiet area with views of the woods and mountains, yet it still provides quick access to the well-known attractions in the area. Enjoy a sunrise on one of the back balconies or soak in the hot tub or enjoy the game room, then take a short drive to restaurants, water parks, and more: 4.8 mi. from Soaky Mtn. Water Park & 12.4 mi. from Dollywood.

It’s one of my favorite places to be on the private back deck listening to the sounds of water & nature. Our space is clean & cozy. Nothing fancy. Perfectly meant for simple people:) We did do upgrades, new decor, and furnishings since photos! Brand new larger water heater installed Dec 2023.

Lakeway is a beautiful, modern 2 bedroom 2 bath home with bonus room (including Futon Bed) in Dandridge, TN on beautiful Lake Douglas. Lake views from the front deck and a private backyard hot tub, firepit, chairs & picnic table. Sleeps 6. There is a public launch and Marina to go play on the lake for the day less than 12 min away. Lots of wildlife in the area. The deer come and go throughout the day. Cable TV, High speed internet, and Smart TV's.

Located just 10 miles from downtown Gatlinburg right off US-321, Miss Daisy’s Lodge is a 2021 Wildwood Grand Lodge 42FK Park Model RV. She is set up on Lot 199 located in the Outdoor Resorts of Gatlinburg (ORG), a luxury campground resort. As we own the lot she sits on, there are no additional resort/campground fees due by anyone renting her from us.
