Port Moluag House, Isle of Lismore

Our house sits at the bottom of a secret track in a private, historical cove on the beautiful Hebridean island of Lismore. Secluded, quiet and peaceful, Port Moluag is within easy reach of the Scottish mainland whilst feeling totally removed from the pace and noise of city life. The house is newly-built using eco technologies to limit its environmental impact and is surrounded by wonderful wildlife such as seals, otters, and a multitude of birds as well as many sites of historical interest.

Ten minutes' drive to the spa town of Cheltenham, our cotswold getaway has bountiful access to the outdoors and great road links via the A40.

A 'Tiny House', off-grid Shepherd's Hut with panoramic views of the spectacular Brecon Beacons. Accessed by its own gated lane and set in a private paddock, "Oliveduck Hut" is the perfect retreat for couples, or singles who prefer their own company. An ideal ‘base camp’ as you explore the National Park and surrounding area. Light a fire and get lazy, chill out in the hottub, star-gaze at the incredible night skies, or just take in the majestic Pen y Fan as you plan (or recover from) your ascent.

Can also comfortably sleep up to 2 children (from 5 years) on single mattresses in loft area accessed by a ladder and hatch. NOT SUITABLE FOR 4 ADULTS. We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
