The Kingswood Golf Course, Bella Vista Country Club, and Tanyard Nature Trail are within 2 miles. Kingsdale Recreation and Riordan Hall facilities are less than 1.5 miles away with miniature golf, tennis courts, playground, basketball court, shuffle board, horse shoes, fitness center, and a seasonal swimming pool.

We have a custom connector trail from the Airbnb entrance to the highly anticipated Little Sugar trail system. You will have a private room with no access to the house. It is totally secluded. We back up to Tanyard Creek Trail and waterfall which is a popular destination in Bella Vista. You will enjoy custom decor and tons of nature.

Brand New bed and decor with Queen sized daybed and twin sized trundle. Private bedroom and bathroom with shower attached to our detached garage. A RokuTv to connect to your favorite shows. A courtyard for outside private sitting. Come and go at your convenience with the private entry and exit with a coded lock. Less than 10 Minutes from the airport, restaurants, the AMP and shopping. Some GPS maps bring you the shortcut on Wagon Wheel a beautiful drive with a winding road.

Coler Cottage

Enjoy this studio/guest house located just two blocks from Coler Mountain biking trails. Bring your bikes, and don’t worry about driving. Guest house is two blocks from Coler and can ride to Slaughter Pen as well as downtown Bentonville trails/restaurants bars. Studio guest house has one queen bed, a futon sofa, air mattress, kitchen with full size fridge, microwave and bath/shower. While guest house has a pool view, pool is not available for use by guests.

Peaceful location, Located near the Pinnacle shopping area and XNA airport. Space does not share any walls with other living spaces. It is located in our shop building. Fully tiled shower with a large rain shower head. Main room includes a sink, decent size refrigerator, microwave and the essentials to prepare simple meals. Room dimensions are 15x12 plus small bathroom. Bicycles can be available to borrow. Please inquire for details.
