A modernised, comfortable and tastefully decorated villa. A lovely private pool and garden area. We stayed in February and used the wood burner fire and air con heating and we found it cosy. A short walk to the beautiful rocky coast, or a safe cycle 10 minutes along the coastal path in to Denia centre , where we enjoyed restaurants, bars, markets and shopping. Lots going on in Denia, Padel courts, indoor swimming pool, gyms, spas, etc. Eric and Sophie were very responsive hosts, and we would definitely recommend their villa to other guests.

Todo bien. Los propietarios muy amables, estuvieron esperando que llegaramos pese a que nos perdimos (la direccion y Google Maps no se entendieron bien), y muy atentos en todo momento. A 5 minutos si llega de la playa. Muy recomendable

Una estancia estupenda. Ika siempre disponible y atenta. Fuimos dos y un perro pequeño. El espacio exterior es amplio. La casa esta junto a la playa. Muy limpia, con todas las comodidades y a un paseo del pueblo. Solo echamos en falta una pequeña puerta en la valla del jardín, aunque no hay peligro ya que la urbanización es cerrada.

Hemos pasado unos días estupendos, relajados,todo perfecto, un lugar tranquilo, la casa impecable y Alejandro muy atento y amable, no ha faltado de nada. Un 10.Muchas gracias.Hasta la próxima🤗.

Estuvimos un fin de semana familiar en la Teuleria Anita cerca de Cocentaina como sorpresa de cumpleaños de mi padre y la verdad que fue un fin de semana perfecto. La casa en una ubicación inmejorable con vistas a todo el valle de Cocentaina, vistas al castillo y con muchos m2 de superficie. Casa grande, rústica, con todo lo necesario. Estufa de pellets, chimenea y otra de leña, así como varios calefactores eléctricos que nos mantuvieron la mar de bien. Ana súper atenta, nos recomendó varias actividades y zonas donde comer. Nos encantó. Repetiríamos sin dudarlo!!

excellent location, very peaceful yet close to a coastal town. lots of facilities nearby. accommodation is very well done. bed is very comfortable. very nice size of private and secure outdoor area for our dogs. we will definitely come back!

This was an absolute gem in the perfect location of javea! 5-10 monutes to the pebble beach and about a 10-15 min walk to the old town. Plenty of free parking right by the apartment. Apartment was in fantadtic condition and clean with every amenity you could want. lovely complex with fab pool indoor and outdoor, perfect for kids even on rainy days! very safe and secure. it was clean and tidy and sheets/towels were crisp white! showers worked fine and lots of appliances/utensils in the kitchen. Great host who was always responsive. even thought we landed late they greeted us at the apartment and even got us some snacks and water as all the shops had closed which was a life saver! Do not hesitate if you are looking at this apartment for your next holiday as we will certainly be coming back!!

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans la villa avec sa piscine qui est bien grande. La maison était propre et grande pour une famille avec les enfants, point positif pour la télé qui dispose de netflix et d’autres appli idéal pour les enfants. Beaucoup d’endroits à visiter dans les environs proposé par Agatha, très belle région 🙂. Je recommande l’endroit.

Danke Salvador für unseren Aufenthalt bei dir. Wir waren einen Monat da und es fehlte uns an nichts. Salvador war immer erreichbar und hat uns in jeder Lage sofort geholfen. Wir hätten uns nicht wohler fühlen können. Man ist wirklich direkt am Strand, es ist ruhig und hat fußläufig alles was man braucht.

Robert war ein fantastischer Gastgeber. Das Haus ist wunderschön, noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Auffällig war, dass die Einrichtung sehr durchdacht ist. Immer wenn wir was brauchten, fanden wir es an der richtigen Stelle vor. Vor Ort war Jennifer immer für uns da. Insgesamt hat sich die ganze Familie im Haus super wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Urlaub. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen. Danke Robert.

Zunächst einmal möchte ich sagen, dass der Check-in wirklich reibungslos verlief. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und die Kommunikation während des Aufenthaltes verlief auch wunderbar. Als ein Rolladen zu reparieren war, wurde dies sofort erledigt. Der Pool ist sehr schön - etwas kalt ohne Poolheizung im Oktober - und wird einmal die Woche gereinigt. Wir waren insgesamt 5 Familien, das Haus hat eine gute Größe und es hatten alle genügend Platz. Die Küchen waren gut ausgestattet, bei unserer Anreise war alles sauber. Die obere Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön, die untere (in der man sich die meiste Zeit aufhält) hätte eine kleine Renovierung nötig, besonders die Bäder. Aber auch das war ok. Der Außenbereich ist schön, es gibt genügend Sitzmöglichkeiten, einen großen Grill, Billard, Tischtennis ….. Es gibt viele tolle Restaurants in der Nähe, die Strände sind gut erreichbar und es gibt genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt!

Casa situada en una urbanizacion muy tranquila y a pocos minutos del centro. La casa es preciosa incluso mejor que en las fotos,no le falta detalle y con una piscina increible y rodeado de patio muy bien cuidado . En el patio trasero tiene una zona de muebles de jardin con un jacuzzi que es una delicia. La anfitriona siempre pendiente de que todo estuviera bien. En definitiva de 10. Volveremos seguro

Casa Colari was a beautiful apartment, very clean, with a sunny private garden. There are several supermarkets within a few minutes walk, Aldi is very close by. We found a bus stop within 8 minute walk to get to the tram station which can take you to Benidorm. You can walk to La Fossa beach in about 10 minutes and to the marina in about 20 minutes, where you can take a boat trip. We wanted to climb the ifach rock but you MUST book it first, you will not be allowed without an appointment it’s free but just for numbers as they only allow 300 people a day. There are lots of lovely restaurants and bars within walking distance. Lorraine left a welcome pack which was much appreciated. We were met by friendly staff who let us in and showed us around and gave us the Wi-Fi code. We really enjoyed our stay and felt right at home and very safe. The beds were extremely comfy so much so we want to buy the same toppers!!

Ha sido maravilloso, nada más llegar nos quedamos encantados de la casa, zona muy tranquila y acogedora con muy buena atención de los anfitriones. Si quieres pasar un buen rato familiar es el sitio ideal.

La ubicación de las cabañas es simplemente fantástica y era tal como se describía en el anuncio , la naturaleza te envuelve desde el primer momento. Laura fue muy atenta durante toda la estancia, nos recomendó sitios para comer y rutas para hacer. Nuestra mascota se lo pasó genial también! Seguramente repetiremos, nos ha encantado la experiencia.

La casa è in una zona residenziale, di ville, molto tranquilla e molto carina e ordinata. La proprietà ha un accesso carraio con parcheggio, comodissimo. Come da descrizione, il primo piano è abitato, ma la persona presente, estremamente discreta, non l'abbiamo mai percepità. Vista solo all'arrivo e alla partenza. Si accede agli spazi messi a disposizione tramite cancelletto riservato e si arriva allo splendido spazio esterno con piscina, cucinino, zona barbecue e tavolo con sedie e divanetti. Che dire: meraviglioso! Gli spazi all'inteno molto comodi, 3 camere di buonissime dimensioni, 2 bagni, soggiorno comodo e cucina attrezzata. Veramente una bellissima soluzione! Complimenti a Lena per la casa e la sua disponibilità e gentilezza!

Es una casa bastante bonita, tiene ABSOLUTAMENTE TODO. No le faltaba nada. El tener dos cocinas es tremendo PLUS. Hay muchos juegos de mesa, las habitaciones y baños son muy cómodos. La simpatía de Julie por teléfono y la de Nigel personalmente, fue FENOMENAL. La casa estaba super Limpia! El viento, puede ser muy fuerte. Gracias Julie y Nigel

Het huis was prachtig, schoon en heel compleet, voorzien van werkelijk alle gemakken. Perfect voor een gezinsvakantie. Buiten zijn verschillende leuke zithoeken en daardoor op elk moment van de dag ergens een fijne plek in de zon of schaduw. De BBQ was ook top. Ook het zwembad is mooi en wordt goed onderhouden. Dat je zo het strand op kunt lopen (3 minuten) maakt het helemaal af. Fantastische plek! Tot slot, host Johan (en zijn vrouw) zijn enorm vriendelijk, servicegericht en responsief. Geeft je het gevoel ieder moment klaar te staan. Dank voor een heerlijke week!

I have tried many times to write a review that would describe the experience, of the place and the people in it. It's much more than words can ever say so, you should just live it to feel it. If you like authentic people and -atmosphere, animals, nature, trecking... really recommend! Such a lovely couple with big golden hearts. Felt like coming home ❤️

Eine wirklich tolle Unterkunft. Wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Pool ist einfach nur traumhaft und bietet auch die nötige Privatsphäre. Die Lage ist zentral - Strand, Restaurants und Supermärkte sind mit Auto rasch erreichbar. Eine schöne Zeit, wir kommen gerne wieder.
