Located on a high-bank of the Muskegon River with spectacular views of the river valley, this newly remodeled cabin will give you the getaway you are looking for. You are minutes from boat launches to fish, kayak, or canoe the Muskegon River, Croton or Hardy Pond. The North Country Trail and the new 40-mile Dragon Trail are less than 15 minutes away for hiking and biking enthusiasts. Enjoy beautiful views and peaceful relaxation at the River Valley View cabin. There are 2 public launches & our 40 foot private dock for your own boat or jet ski! 2 kayaks & 1 paddleboard available. Joining us in winter? Ice fishing, local snowmobile trails & beautiful sunsets.

Have fun on the water at all-sports Hess Lake. Located in Grant/Newaygo it’s perfect for a lake front getaway. Our cottage sleeps 4-6 with sunrise views of the lake. It is on the smaller side but we're a big family and want to make sure other families and friends that don't mind sharing one bath have the option. Just 40 minutes from Grand Rapids and less than 10 minutes from downtown Newaygo. Spend a day on the sandy shores of the lake or close by tubing trips down the Muskegon River.

Pickerel Lake is in Newaygo County Michigan. Situated just 10 feet from the water's edge. The second-floor condo offers stunning unobstructed views of the lake and a relaxing, nature-filled atmosphere. Pickerel Lake connects to several nearby lakes, including Emerald Lake, Kimball Lake, and Sylvan Lake—making it an ideal destination for boating, kayaking, and fishing enthusiasts. With access to multiple bodies of water, your outdoor adventures can go as far as the lakes will take you.

Devil's Hole Cottage - on the Muskegon River

Welcome to our cottage! We are located directly on the Muskegon River in Newaygo Michigan. The Muskegon River is known for its great fishing. You can fish right out front of the cottage or bring your own river boat and keep it at our dock. Kayak and tube rentals are available in town. Enjoy the intimate feel of the cottage with cozy rooms and a fully stocked kitchen for you to enjoy eating in. Downtown Newaygo has many restaurants and shopping if you want to venture out.

Welcome to The Riverbend Retreat! A Paddler & Angler's paradise! Escape to 6 private acres on a scenic stretch of the Pere Marquette River. Enjoy close proximity to canoe rentals, fishing outfitters, hiking & great food! Explore the trails and waters of Huron-Manistee National Forest or sit and watch the sun glisten off of the water from the riverside fire pit. North Country Trailhead just 5 min west! Groceries, ice cream & gas station just 1/2 mile away.

Green Acres: Your Home Among the Trees

Steeped in nature, the gazebo provides a get away into nature, with its double bed and intimate sized room this is a wonderful space for 2 to be immersed in a peaceful environment. Whether you came here to rest & revive or to explore there is plenty to be had! The gazebo has a nearby compostable toliet (shared with other guests), and just a 1 minute walk on a path in the woods to the main house (where the full bathroom is that can be used 9am-8pm).
