Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. on the Illinois river, large waterfront yard with Geese, Great Blue Herons, Egrets, White Pelicans and Eagles showing up on a regular basis. Close walking distance to grocery store, liquor store and downtown restaurants and bars in peaceful Ottawa, Illinois near Starved Rock State Park. Upper level (has stairs) 2 bedroom overlooking the Illinois River, play in the large yard or build a campfire in the fire pit next to the river and just chill.

You will have access to the entire house. Two story, 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath home features kitchen, family room, TV room, living room with electric fireplace & basement. There is an additional family room with electric fireplace in the basement. There is a large 2 car attached garage. The back yard overlooks beautiful Goose Creek. Home is 15 minute ride to Starved Rock State Park or Skydive Chicago. Set in a park like setting close to many amenities, parks, & restaurants. Abundant wildlife.

This stylish condo located in downtown Utica is the perfect space for group trips or families. Layout includes 2 living rooms, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, laundry room, and a fully stocked kitchen. Come stay in our carriage house turned guest house!, the property has a swimming pool available during swimming season, which is June thru September. a separate Hot Tub and new BBQ for your private use; please indicate if you intend to use the pool during your stay, we need an hours notice to remove the cover; the hot tub is always ready to use. You will be sure to enjoy the proximity to restaurants, shopping in Ottawa, parks such as Starved Rock, and a variety of festivals.
