Come experience Pure Michigan in our newly renovated 2 bedroom cabin located on the edge of the Manistee National Forest, close to the White River. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay or come to enjoy a more adult-centered experience. We are conveniently located within close proximity to Michigan’s Adventure, Canoe and Kayak (tubes too!) Lake Michigan Moon Barn

Welcome to your home away from home that we lovingly call the Moon Barn. We are situated in between South Haven and Saugatuck just a mile away from a hiking trail with public access to a Lake Michigan beach. Our home was built in remembrance of a family barn that sat on this location generations ago. It has natural barn wood and art works integrated throughout the house. Downstairs has a complete kitchen, dining area, spacious living room with a gas fire place, full bathroom, and a piano!

Oval Beach Cabin by 500 acre wooded/dune preserve

2 private bedrooms, 2 loft spaces, sleeps 8. Surrounded by conservation and wildlife. It is a rustic and eclectic, recently refinished 70’s cabin. It is surrounded by woods and trails and easily accessed by road. For the adventurous, Oval beach is a 1/4 mile hike through the woods west “as the crow flies” or east is the chain ferry which delivers you to downtown Saugatuck. * Please refer to “Oval Beach and Saugatuck Details” in the description for more details about access to Oval Beach

Please note we do have a rental agreement to sign. This is to ensure a wonderful stay for you as our delighted guest and for others that come after you!
