Walk-able Medical Mile / Downtown Grand Rapids!

It was close to everything downtown. It was about a 12 to 15 minute walk to Van Andel Arena for our daughter's graduation. Barbara's place was exactly as described. Had all the comforts of home. It was perfect! We would definitely stay here again and will recommend it to others who are looking for air bnb's in the area.

Bill’s place was lovely! It is situated in a quaint little town and surrounded by cute stores, restaurants, and cafes. I felt very safe during my stay at Bill’s apartment . Additionally, Bill was very flexible, respectful, and accommodating during my trip. Thanks so much, Bill!

Sharon's place was PERFECT. I feel like a lot of listings for 1-2 people don't have the best hosts/amenities- but this was perfect! It was the first time I stayed at an airbnb and didn't think "I wish I got a hotel". The place was clean and in an amazing location. Walkable to everything. She also had wonderful recommendations. I can't wait to be back!

Can’t say enough nice things about this place. We will stay here every time we come even if we have to flex the dates. So much bigger than it looks in the pics and the location is ideal. Spotless, comfortable and charming. Great hosts too

Clean and Bright Beer City - Walk Restaurants/Bars

This was a great stay! Very close to local coffee shops, and when the weather permitted, very walkable. There’s some noise from the upstairs neighbor (which was expected), but the neighborhood itself was very quiet and peaceful. This worked well as a hub for a quick weekend trip, and I would highly recommend it if you’re hanging out in GR for a while!

The apartment was perfect for my husband and I who were in town for the annual Mt Baldhead challenge race. The location is right downtown and walkable to all restaurants and shops but was still very quiet. The apartment was actually larger than I expected. Justine provided everything you need for a weekend away including a nice local bottle of wine. We’d definitely stay here again.

Such a great experience. Clean and cozy. loved that Rob came up once we got there with his cute little Yorkie which my 3 year old loved so much! We loved reading all the wonderful notes left by previous guests. We also loved that he had stuffed animals and board games in the living room to play with our daughter. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in! He left candy to snack on which was so sweet. There's tons of condiments in the fridge and a Britta water which was really convenient. Loved being able to just walk across the street for coffee. Only thing I will say is there is quite a draft in the bathroom windows and front door so you gotta work with the temp. The coffee maker also probably needs to be replaced it was quite dirty but I may just be picky with that. Otherwise, best Airbnb we have stayed at.

Five Mile Hill Retreat

Tina's place is a cozy spot near the Grand Haven State Park and easily walkable. I caught a beautiful sunrise and my husband and I made sure to travel down to the beach for a beautiful sunset. There is a decent amount of stairs, so we definitely got our activity in.

Such a great place to stay. So CLEAN!! Nice hosts! Had everything we needed. Quiet location while being close to so much! I usually don’t love staying somewhere attached to the house- but this was by far the best experience we have had with a spot like this!

We stayed here for 34nights while I was working in the area. Great price for the space. When I had a question I had a response within minutes. They even accommodated an additional guest of mine that was added after a few weeks of checking in.

Sara was the best host. She gave us great recommendations for food and attractions. she also was very attentive as we had a small mechanical issue and it was addressed immediately. couldn't have been a better stay!

This was an excellent spot for my host daughter and I. We were close to the Holland Aquatic Center for the Ultras Swim Championship my host daughter was a part of. Felt like home, super clean, quiet neighborhood. Taught her how to play billiards. Went to the Laketown Beach to climb the dune and try to catch a sunset after dinner. Walked downtown Holland to explore between swim sessions.

Robb was such an amazing host. From the start, communication was super easy, and he made sure I had everything I needed for a really comfortable stay. His place was spotless, exactly like the pictures, even better in person, and fully stocked with anything you might need. It was also really easy to find and in the perfect location, close to restaurants, shops, and lots of places to explore. You can tell Robb really cares about his guests and goes out of his way to make you feel at home. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else when visiting Grand Rapids. I’ll definitely be back, thanks again, Robb!

My husband and I plus our dogs had a wonderful stay here! The location is very central to downtown GR and the space was very comfortable. Stephanie was great to communicate with and was extremely helpful + responsive whenever I had any questions. I would love to stay here again when I am in GR!

Excellent accommodations in a beautiful neighborhood! The host has exceptional, communication, preparation, and a streamline check-in process. They have thought of everything! Entire Guest Suite

We stayed for local MX racing and needed last minute booking and an estimated distance from the track. It was their Halloween weekend that weekend so trick or treating and busy time around there. Wes responded quickly and had the place free for my kiddos and myself. We were able to throw dinner in a crock pot and eat once home before getting ready for trick or treat fun! The place was so nice and so at home. Very up to date, lots of games and sooo many books! The place was very, very clean and then care of. Cats and dogs meet you at the driveway and deer in the cornfields next door. Such a beautiful view to wake up to.

It was the perfect place to stay to explore Muskegon and Grand Heaven. Joe made sure we were taken care of and very responsive with any requests. His place is cozy, comfortable and a great mix of modern conveniences with the charm of the original home. I’d stay there again in a heartbeat and hope to soon! Thanks Joe!

Very clean, well Stocked but bring your own games. Spacious living space. Lots of windows. Nice and quiet. We did not find any fans or AC. Street parking is not available overnight in the winter. The bathroom is a bit tight. Overall this location made our stay in Holland very comfortable and convenient. We would stay here again.

Stephanie was a wonderful host! The property was well kept and extremely clean. She greeted us with a lovely hand written note to make us feel welcomed! I would definitely stay here again if in the area as it is in a nice quiet part of town.

Wow! What a cool space! We were extremely impressed with the decor, cleanliness and ease of check in. Loved the pool and hot tub, we had it to ourselves both days we went. We only saw one other person in the building while we were there, it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves! Movie theater was also SO cool, we loved having a private showing! Close and very walkable into town and beaches, there’s lots to do! We will definitely be back!

The Lucky Lucy was perfect for our stay in Saugatuck: close to downtown, walkable to the Southerner, and a cozy bed to sleep in! We will definitely be returning to Saugatuck and will be staying at Lucky Lucy again!
