The home has 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, central air, pool table, heated inground pool, hot tub, gas grill, firepit patio, gazebo, basketball hoop, and large deck with two patios sets. This unique vacation bungalow is called The Loon's Nest and it's situated on 2 over-sized, adjacent lots. The lake & sandy beach are in front of the renovated mid-century bungalow; and behind it there is a SEASONAL BUNKHOUSE in the woods which overlooks a vernal pond that is home to a wide variety of birds & other wildlife.

The home is on Silver Lake, which is one of the premier lakes in the area. Only 15 miles from downtown Grand Rapids and 5 miles from quant and charming downtown Rockford. Updated in 2022. About 2000 sq. feet with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus a 4-season porch. Large sandy beach with a paddle boat, 2 stand up paddle boards, 2 kayaks, and a nice 2021, 20-foot pontoon boat available for rent. The place is great for families, romantic getaways, or business travelers.
