**Internet has been upgraded** Hey there! Our family, along with our two little adorable Yorkies, are living in this cute house, not too far from the heart of Los Angeles! Our house has a detached new unit at the backyard with a separate entrance. My brother and I are both professional workers, and mostly spend afternoons around the house. We love to travel and appreciate seeing the world as much as possible. We would love to have you as our guest while on your own adventure around the world!

Entire Studio to yourselves. 2 guests. 1 queen bed..1 queen/futon couch, with lovely bed linens and plush towels. 1 tub/shower.Futon made up on request at the time of booking. Full kitchen with everything you’d need to make delicious meals. 55” TV/ DVDs Washer/dryer...please bring your own laundry soap and dryer sheets. The gorgeous private patio has plenty of space to relax and enjoy your meals, or just hang out.

Private Guesthouse

This is a very comfortable NON-SMOKING guesthouse/ studio room with private entrance. Absolutely NO ANIMALS allowed due to my allergies. It has one queen bed. Private full bathroom. There is dresser space as well as hangers. It also has a desk for work space. Smart TV can be used with streaming services. This space does not have a kitchen. But it does have a small fridge and a microwave. Absolutely no filming or photography anywhere on the premises. No visitors allowed without my consent.

Additionally the suite has a mini fridge and microwave available. Rain shower and cascade tiles accent the bathroom. Built in closet provides storage for your traveling goods.

Though still in the city, our diverse neighborhood is tucked away from the major roads, which makes it a bit more quiet. Tree-lined streets are perfect for the popular Sunrise and Sunset walks.
