The Saddlery – Cosy Village Cottage Near the Wolds

The Saddlery is a beautifully styled, detached, one‑bedroom cottage in North Thoresby, highly rated by every guest. The village has shops, two great pubs with restaurants, and a heritage railway, and is surrounded by countryside. It’s ideal for scenic walks and close to the Lincolnshire Wolds (AONB). The coast, with quiet sandy beaches and classic seaside towns, is only a short drive away. It's a perfect base for exploring this relatively unknown area and enjoying a wonderfully peaceful escape.

Maple Cottage is a brand new accommodation in the village of Ludborough. Set in the heart of the village, with The Livesey Arms Pub located next door, serving seasonal produce. The Cottage has its own private outdoor seating & dining area, with access to a hot/cold dog wash tap. Located up a short flight of stairs, you will be welcomed with a stunning one bed, with dressing room, a sofa bed in the lounge area, shower room, fully fitted kitchen and dining area and underfloor heating throughout.

The site is set on a paddock behind the pub. There are coded modern bathrooms just for the guests, and a BBQ zone. Drop into the pub for evening meals and drinks! Breakfast basket is included for the first morning, and is £18 for a basket for 2 each additional morning. Optional extra: Prosecco on arrival £25

Erndale Mews is a unique cottage on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB). Located in a quiet village, four miles from the historic market town of Louth and 10 miles from the nearest beach. It has its own entrance and a secret courtyard garden; a well-equipped kitchen, with a full range of appliances; a downstairs bathroom with a walk-in shower; a cosy living room with a woodburning stove and space for dining. A king- and a twin-bedroom are upstairs.

Humberston Fitties Fiddly Dee Dog Friendly Chalet

Humberston Fitties is a quiet and unique conservation site offering the chance to get away from it all. Fiddly Dee is a 'non party/events' holiday home as we welcome families and pets (maximum of two dogs) to enjoy the superb beaches, coastal walks and the adjacent RSPB nature reserve. The Fitties beach is dog friendly all year (there are restrictions for Cleethorpes main beach) The coastline offers excellent opportunities for the more adventurous to enjoy a variety of water sports.

Ivy cottage, at The Elms. Marshchapel, Lincs

Ivy Cottage is a one bed detached cottage set in the grounds of the owners main property. Located in the historic village of Marshchapel in N. E. Lincolnshire, it is a 10 minute drive to the seaside town of Cleethorpes and the Lincolnshire wolds and the market town of Louth. The bungalow is newly decorated with new bathroom, kitchen, furniture and carpets. It features a private patio with seating and secure private gated car parking. WiFi, TV, complementary tea, coffee and snacks.

‘Little Barn’ at Spring Farm

Great Carlton is approximately a 15 min drive to the market town of Louth and within 20 mins of the coast. The area is rural with plenty of walks and cycle routes to enjoy. There is a local Co-op shop 2 miles away which is open until 10 pm. There is a village hall and a country church within Great Carlton but generally it is nice and quiet. The accommodation is set within a lovely cutting flower garden and above my flower workshop and I am very happy for you to enjoy the garden.
