Turn the world off as this modernly appointed lakeside cottage welcomes you. With over a 1/2 acre of land this 964 sqft space offers a fully appointed kitchen and large living room with comfortable sectional to take in the lake views. The King size bed allows the worries to drift away. Large walk-in shower and bathroom attached. USB charging throughout along with WIFI. Lake is drawn down, mid-Sept - April, meaning water level during this time may be nonexistent. Boat launch at end of road.

We are neighbors with Beach Island Marina & Bubba Brews! The home comes with a private dock & a jetski port for all your boating needs. There is a gradual grade to get down to the water with a complete concrete walkway. No more than 3 cars allowed due to limited parking w/ the shared driveway.

Lake Effect

Lake Effect is a modern Lakefront home on beautiful Norris Lake. This vacation home offers many amenities including a large lake front dock, hot tub, pool table and fire pit. There is also a gentle slope to the lake, No Steps!! Or you can use the graveled driveway that takes you right to the dock. Not too many homes on Norris Lake have such easy access to the lake. This is our home away from home and if you decide to stay at Lake Effect, we hope you love it as much as we do.

Tiny Floating Cabin on Norris Lake!

Reconnect with nature and adventure at this unique escape literally floating on beautiful Norris lake. You must have your own vessel to access this space. Boat, PWC,kayak/canoe/paddle board. Water taxi available through the marina for an additional fee paid directly to the marina. This place is very popular with kayakers! The surrounding water is inside of a no wake zone. This place is literally floating on the water! No smoking allowed. No pets allowed.

Spacious deck and large windows overlook the cove with panoramic views of Norris Lake's emerald green waters. Beach Island Marina is a 6 minute drive from the house which features boat rentals, a boat ramp and a seasonal restaurant often with live music. Easy access from Maynardville Hwy (TN SR 33) - No twisty, windy roads here. 30 minutes north of Knoxville.

Bear Crossing

Welcome to our little piece of heaven on beautiful Norris Lake. Lakefront access. Private dock. Wooded setting. 15 minutes to the city of New Tazewell. 45 minutes to Knoxville, TN. You’ll enjoy the serenity and beautiful views, maybe even a few deer eating in the front yard. There are no steps into the back entrance of the house making it easy for people in a wheelchair to enter the house. I do need to mention there is no grab bar in the bathroom.

Escape to the shores of Cherokee Lake at this inviting  Chateau Home in Rutledge, Tennessee. This charming getaway offers stunning lake views, and endless water adventures and plenty of space to relax and unwind. While our property does not offer boat rentals, there are several rental options nearby. If you're bringing a boat, you're welcome to park it in the driveway. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. 45 Minutes to Knoxville. 25 minutes to Morristown, or Jefferson City. Lovely View of lake and mountains. About an hour drive to Sevierville, Dollywood. Aqua color house with chain link fence. Only small to medium 25 pounds size pets would prefer only 1 animal. Update there is doors on bedrooms. There will be a pet fee. NO SNAKES!!
