With over a 1/2 acre of land this 964 sqft space offers a fully appointed kitchen and large living room with comfortable sectional to take in the lake views. The King size bed allows the worries to drift away. Large walk-in shower and bathroom attached. USB charging throughout along with WIFI. Lake is drawn down, mid-Sept - April, meaning water level during this time may be nonexistent. Boat launch at end of road.

We are neighbors with Beach Island Marina & Bubba Brews! The home comes with a shared dock with our other property there & 1 boat is allowed per house. Our pontoon rental stays in the third slip!

Beach Island Marina is a 6 minute drive from the house which features boat rentals, a boat ramp and a seasonal restaurant often with live music. Easy access from Maynardville Hwy (TN SR 33) - No twisty, windy roads here. 30 minutes north of Knoxville.
