This apartment is build in a basement. It has its own door, private bathroom, living room , big L couch, TV-tray set, TV, Roku with Netflix, cabinet with fridge, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, and a sink. The bedroom has one King bed, a queen size inflatable bed that can be set-up for extra guests, a sofa, ceiling fan, closet, night stands, portable radian heather, portable fan, and a dresser. Parking for two or more vehicles. Only two adults live in the main floor of the house.

The Stables at Strawberry Creek is a destination in itself! The famous historic log cabin sleeps 8 comfortably and is located on a gorgeous 55 acre horse farm/wedding venue in the foothills of the Smoky Mountains, close to University of Tennessee, and 38 miles from Smoky Mtn. National Park. Spring fed pond, horses and arena, hiking trail and first class barn/wedding venue are available to visit with each reservation. We look forward to hosting you! Cozy Comfortable Condo close to Campus/Downtown.

You are right next to UTK campus, right across from the ag campus. There is a mixture of residents in the building… graduate students and young professionals as well as some older... some retired. The building is about 60 years old... converted from apartments to condos. It’s not fancy. But it is close to lots of things…lots of restaurants…Publix grocery store...biking/walking trails. Downtown Knoxville is a GREAT place to roam, day or night and you are within about 5-8 minutes by car.

Cozy Cabin on Working Farm in Northeast TN

Mendin' Fences is a working farm. During the summer months, we host horsemanship clinics. For more: you can find us on the web by the name of our farm. We are a great destination for a quiet getaway, a horse stopover, or even a family reunion if renting the additional bunkhouse. In each direction, you can find many activities to enjoy: Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge; wineries; historical sites (Rogersville & Jonesborough in particular). Two airports are 50 min & 1.25 hrs away.

Dollywood- 5 miles- No steps - Great location

NO steps. Park at front door. Early check in/ late departure available some days. Dollywood and the Sevierville Convention/Event Center - 5 miles away. LeConte Medical Center- 2 miles. Easy drive to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and the GSMNP. Our duplex sleeps 6 with lots of family-friendly touches - 3 TVS with Roku, and games. Relax on the screened in porch, with electric BBQ. Quiet neighborhood with large backyard. Great local eateries and shopping nearby.
