This large family room has a double and two single beds, comfortably sleeping 4. There is a kitchenette with basic amenities, including olive oil and home-made rusks. It has air-conditioning, a microwave and fridge. There is free 10 mbps wi-fi. It is adjacent to a large sparkling swimming pool and isn't suitable for persons who are not water-smart. It has a private entrance & safe parking. Two large friendly dogs may be in attendance. A portable braai and free wood is available on request

There is air conditioning in every room which is essential in the Graaff-Reinet summer. We also have hot blankets on the beds to make you comfortable during the cold winters. A beautiful Karoo cottage with all the comforts you need for an overnight stay. On a quiet cul de sac in the Centre of town. Three Bedrooms (2 with King Size XL Beds), Aircon, two modern bathrooms (one with shower, the other with bath & shower). There is a fully kitted kitchen with Nespresso Machine, a separate living, dining & outside area with a Webber Braai. An outside shower with a view to the stars & Spandaukop gives you the perfect Karoo feeling.

Charming Heritage Cottage

This historic townhouse is within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants. The private courtyard is ideal for a braai (barbecue), or a quiet coffee. The house is child-friendly, and pets are welcome too. A gun-safe is provided, ideal for hunters. The stove is gas, so cooking during load-shedding is never a problem! As with many Graaff-Reinet houses, there is ONLY ON-STREET PARKING. There is also no TV.

The Tradesman

The Tradesman Shop is a quirky and historic unit with a beautiful courtyard and braai area. It is the last Tradesman shop that is still connected to the main house and dates from the 1850’s. It’s still has the original “brakdakkie”-ceiling so don’t get a fright when a piece of historic dust comes loose from the ceiling. The large courtyard at the back is a treat. Please note the unit operates on a gas geyser.
