The house is family-friendly, dog friendly and great for friends to get together, but please no loud parties.

Central heating & double glazing makes this a wonderful place to stay during the chillier months too. Perfect for a relaxing break by the sea, watching the tides and being as one with nature. A much larger than average open plan living area. This home is over 42ft long x 14ft wide. Beach access is 2 minutes walk. Sorry there is NO WIFI

This is a perfect base to explore the beaches of Gower and enjoy the surf, swimming, sunbathing and walking on offer.

Your space is on the ground floor of our sea-front home in Mumbles, offering uninterrupted views of Swansea Bay. From the suite, you can see Mumbles Lifeboat Station to the right and Oystermouth Castle to the left. The suite features a king-size bed, corner sofa (also a sofa bed), full size fridge, table and chairs, a work desk, storage, shower room, 50” TV, and WiFi. Trampoline at the back. Please note, no cooking facilities are provided but we do have bowls, plates, glasses etc.
