Hidden away in historic Pilton, Heavitree Cottage is a peaceful, character-filled retreat with a truly private garden alive with birdsong, a short walk from Barnstaple’s cafés, shops and the SW coast Path 10 minutes walk to the NDDH and on the right side of town for quick access of Sandy beaches and walks on Exmoor Garage for e bikes. In the garden of a Georgian Wing Cosy and well decorated with original features and use of the shared garden with fast broadband mbps. Free parking on the road.

Higher Meadow Cottage at Northleigh House is situated on the edge of a small rural/farming community with spectacular views through the valley to coastline. Guests will be able to enjoy the large enclosed garden featuring a fire pit and children’s swings and slide. If your favourite pastime is hiking, cycling, surfing or just relaxing, it is all with in reach, including the fabulous Exmoor with stunning views just a few miles away.

Come and enjoy a rural retreat in our newly converted barn with unrivalled views over Exmoor and a cosy chic interior. Situated privately within a working farm, relax on the spacious patio, secluded garden or in the luxury hot tub. Each bedroom has a spacious ensuite with stand alone bath and walk-in shower. Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

Perfectly located on the 'Tarka Trail', only a short walk from the town centre of Barnstaple. Great transport links when working in the area / commuting.

Villa Wishing Well is located in Barnstaple North Devon, with a short walk to the town center and close to supermarkets and shops. The house is situated beside the North Devon Tarka Trail and has outstanding views of The River Taw and just 5 miles from lovely Sandy Beaches. IMPORTANT INFORMATION Our Villa is not a party venue! We will NOT ACCEPT : IVENTS, HEN NIGHT, STAG NIGHT QUIET HOURS 11pm to 7am Pet fee: £ 90 for the entire stay Charging electric cars is not possible!

The Barn at Coombe Farm Goodleigh

Easter and Summer bookings are weekly with a Friday check-in. The Barn has been converted in to a beautiful 2 bedroom property for 4 people. It is located in the grounds of Coombe Farm, with a private terrace, hot tub, ceramic barbecue, hammock, garden and access to a shared outdoor pool in summer (June to September). A foot path runs past The Barn, to the village of Goodleigh, where there is a pub. Both bedrooms have a private bathroom. Well behaved dogs are welcome.
