Beautiful Hill Country Home nestled on approx. 3/4 acre of land. The house has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and approximately 1800 sq. feet of living space. Lavish pool & jacuzzi, large patio with fire pit and barbecue for outdoor dining under large tree canopy. 3 private bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom, plus bonus room (off the master room) with triple bunk for kids or adults. Additional pull out queen sofa bed and an extra bathroom. Quiet, exclusive and peaceful!

This unique home in the Arboretum area is in a quiet neighborhood and a few minutes from restaurants, five grocery stores , and easy freeway access. Close to the Q2, The Domain & Renaissance Austin Hotel. If you are coming to town for a Moody Center concert, the home is about 15-20 minutes away. Spacious with 4 bedrooms (1 king and 2 queens & 1 single) and 3 bathrooms. The pool and hot tub are available all year but the pool is warm from May to October. This is a great place to relax.
