Maitland-Orlando Area, FL. Pool House Bungalow

Large open space adjacent to a beautiful pool, waterfall, and fantastic lake view. 27 miles to Disney World, close to Park Avenue, local hospitals, Universities, and less than an hour to local beaches. Only 18 miles to MCO-Orlando International Airport. Great shopping within 3 miles. Location is secluded with large trees, lakeside, and adjacent to the commuter train track. The train runs by on regular basis. Please note in the pictures the pool creates the ambiance to make your stay complete.

Winter Park Guest Suite |near UCF/FullSail/Rollins

Look no further than this newly constructed guest suite. It's located in a centrally located neighborhood in Winter Park just a short drive from UCF, Rollins College, Full Sail, and Park Avenue. The guest suite is attached to the main house; however, it has its own private entrance. Our guest suite was constructed with impeccable design and high-end finishes throughout. We hope you will get to enjoy🏡 📝Please note: There’s no stove; however, there is a cook-plate with two burners to cook on.

Upscale Winter Park restaurants and the vibrant Thornton Park art scene are only a short drive away. Universal is only 20 minutes away, Disney is 35 minutes, MCO 20 minutes.

The Lake House

Welcome to the mid-century Lake House. 370 square feet apartment with a private entrance and original terrazzo floors. Located on a quiet residential street on a small lake, and located within a 5-minute drive to anything you may need! Starbucks and Panera are within walking distance, and dozens of other places to eat. Publix, Walgreens, and Sprouts are just around the corner. A short 10 minute drive to the famous Park Ave, in Downtown Winter Park with shopping and gourmet restaurants.

Orlando, spacious, quiet, centrally located, suite

This suite includes private entrance, living room, kitchen with utensils and cookware, one bedroom with king bed and private bath. Third and fourth persons may be accommodated with recliner that lays flat into a queen-size bed in living room. Also a queen size air mattress and portacrib is available. Excellent location for Disney, Universal, SeaWorld, and beaches. Approx. 35 min. to Disney; 27 min. to Universal; 23 min. to convention center; 45 min. to beach; and 35 min. to Airport.

Cozy place near UCF, and Fullsail.

This is peaceful and quiet place in a country seating yet in the middle of the city. It has been renovated and decorated in a luxurious and modern style. From here you can easily access UCF, East Valencia College, Fullsail, the theme parks, beaches, downtown Orlando and all mayor attractions. Disney 24 miles. Universal studios 21 mi. Sea World 18 mi. Airport 12 mi. Beaches 50 mi. Downtown Orlando 15 mi. UCF 2.4 mi. And tons of restaurants! Come and experience Florida at its best.

There have been several movie and other photo shoots done on property. Please text request and details, and we can negotiate fees. Our other AirBnB is just next door; Country gem horses close to Theme parks [link] Which is 1,000 sq ft and sleeps six.

Luxe Guesthouse w/Pool/Hot tub-Near Rollins/UCF

This luxury guesthouse (on the same property as our main house but they are completely separate) is a hidden oasis conveniently located in the middle of downtown Winter Park (Rollins College/Full Sail) and UCF. It's roughly 10 minutes to each. Close to 417 expressway (toll road) so you can easily get around to the other areas of Orlando. Note: The guesthouse is 35 minutes to Disney, 25 minutes to Universal Studios and 20 minutes to Orlando International Airport.
