Awesome, eclectic, apartment in a grass strip airport hangar. Great for a pilot fly in or just a get away to the quiet country! Located on acreage within 45 minutes of downtown Ft Worth and little over 1 hr Dallas. Close to Chisholm Trail Pkwy. 2 state parks in area (Cleburne State Park and Dinosaur Valley State Park). Also close to Cresson racetrack. Groceries and nice eateries within 10 minutes. Please be advised, we have a step up into shower. There is no oven has cooktop

Our charming place is nestled on a canal offering peaceful kayaking or fishing. With a boat ramp 5 houses down launch your boats with ease and tie them off at our dock. We have tied up a boat and two wave runners with room to spare. We have plenty of board games and a fire pit to keep the fun going into the evening. Our house offers three bedrooms. The master boasts a jacuzzi tub for a relaxing way to unwind.
