There's a bunk-bed (70x160cm) and a creative space in the kids-room. The second bathroom has a bathtub, and is accessed from the spacious dining + lounge area. The cozy open kitchen completes the social space. The private garden equally invites for relaxation. The cat is friendly (own door, automatic food and water). 10 min walk from train.

This is an exceptionally charming and beautiful villa located close to all amenities and 15min public transport to city centre. 600 meters to train station and 300 metres to Soeborg main Street where you’ll find a wealth of supermarkets, restaurants, boutiques and cofffee shops. For those of you considering a summer vacation, you are a short busride from the beach in Hellerup. The villa is spectacular - with charming historical features, a large garden, jacuzzi and classical orangeri.

Our villa is cozy, private and typical Danish. The house has a wonderful garden. The garden has lots of small cozy places to enjoy: Sauna, hammocks, sunbeds, pizzaoven and a wooden terrace. We have 4 rooms on the first floor, two bedrooms w/extra beds on the lofts and an office w/a bed on the loft. Kitchen with connecting diningroom and two livingrooms on groundfloor. Basement has a bedroom with direct access to the garden. We also have budgies, quails, chickens and tortouises.

Værelse i kælderplan med egen indgang. Der er tilhørende bad og toilet på etagen, samt lille thekøkken. Bemærk at køkkenfaciliteterne er begrænsede og at der kun kan laves simple retter. Roligt hyggeligt område tæt på offentlig transport og indkøb. Der er er spabad i badeværelset som kan benyttes for 50 euro Vi er en børnefamilie, så der må forventes støj fra små børn i løbet af dagen
