The apartment is in a very recent construction. A pre-nineteenth-century factory has been skilfully renovated to obtain houses on two levels, autonomous and overlooking a private internal courtyard. Access to the court is through an ancient door on the splendid Giudecca canal in front of the church of S. Maria del Rosario and near the church of the Redentore. The furniture is new, essential, modern with a few touches of color. The entrance takes place with a code on the electronic keypad.

Sarete nel tranquillo quartiere della Giudecca (10 min. da tutti i luoghi di maggior interesse ma fuori dal turismo di massa). La casa è al piano terra e offre ampi spazi e ogni tipo di comfort per godere al massimo il tempo che trascorrerete a casa. Cucina completa, bagno con doccia rivestito in mosaico Bisazza, letto queen size con materasso memory e ampia cabina armadio. È disponibile un comodo divano letto nella zona giorno per 1 ospite aggiuntivo al costo di 60 euro a notte.
