Welcome to your one-of-a-kind, historic experience located in the countryside just 1 mile east of Springfield city limits. You will experience our finely furnished family home with modern technology & conveniences, originally the one-room North Round Prairie country school from 1875 to 1945. Deluxe features include nature trails, wildflowers, sitting areas, full garage access, and a working cattle farm provide a one-of-a-kind, quality experience. A 3rd bedroom suite upstairs was added in '22!

Tiny Home Cabin - No Cleaning Fee

You won’t forget the peaceful surroundings of this rustic destination. It maybe small at 375 sf, but it has all the features of most hotels with one queen bed and a full bed in the loft. Located near downtown Springfield, IL and many Abraham Lincoln attractions. Deer often walk around the property which is on a quiet dead-end residential street. The kitchen has most everything you need to cook meals. Plenty of towels, soap, shampoo, and extra pillows. Watch Netflix, Hulu, and Disney also.

No cleaning fees! Relax in this cozy cabin on a 30 acre farm w/beautiful views & peaceful surroundings. Near shopping, wineries, nightlife, hunting & fishing. Abundant wildlife & farm animals-horses, cows, chickens, goats, sheep, geese. Two bedrooms (one in a spacious loft) with a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Full kitchen w/dish washer. Fireplace & cathedral ceilings in living room. Full bath w/shower. Covered front porch. Screen porch off living area w/outdoor seating. Fire pit.

Audrey's Abode

Audrey’s Abode is just the place you have been looking for to relax and reconnect with family, friends, nature and a simpler time. Located on a 7 acre hobby farm just south of Jacksonville, Illinois (30 minutes west of Springfield), Audrey’s Abode is a fully restored historic log cabin with all the modern amenities for a comfortable getaway. Need additional space? Check out our other listing next door - Bunkhouse Seventy-Four. Pets are welcome but we charge a $35 pet cleaning fee.

Private master bedroom features queen sized bed, and attached bath. Loft sleeps four with two full beds and an air mattress. Full kitchen with stove, full size fridge, microwave and dishwasher. Living room with sofa and dining room. Charcoal Grill, fire pit, picnic area, and walking trails. Pets are welcome.

Pohlman Slough

This home is on a very private and quiet lane across the street from Washington Park. Your front yard is Pasfield Park Golf Course in a unique country setting only five minutes from downtown and the State Capitol. Please note that we do not currently allow unauthorized invite parties or gatherings of non-registered guests of any sort. This rule is not meant to preclude HOST pre-authorized visitors such as family and friends.

Rt 66 House; PETS WELCOME; FENCED YARD

The Rt 66 house is on Historic Rt 66. It is 50 miles North of St. Louis; Right off I-55: PET FRIENDLY; FENCED BACK YARD. There is plenty of room to park a large U-Haul trailer. It is loaded with warm and updated furnishings. It has LOTS of 5* reviews. It has a thick memory foam queen bed. It has a coffee bar. You will hear trains. Two tracks run thru middle of town. 100 meg internet. This is a non smoking house.

Hidden Ridge at Otter Lake

We invite you to stay at Hidden Ridge, a private wooded hideaway located at Otter Lake, Girard, Illinois, for an authentic camping experience. A 14 x 16 wall tent with a queen size bed and separate bathroom facility with an area for outdoor cooking is provided. There is plenty of space for additional tents, cots or air mattresses.
