Leith Hill Tiny House is a home away from home for anyone looking to relax & unwind, surrounded by gorgeous scenery & mountain views. Relax with a good book on the day bed or a coffee or a wine on the front deck; and then finish off the evening getting toasty by the outdoor fire watching the sun set over the mountains. You can pat our friendly cows, see the new lambs, get a visit from our resident kookaburras, king parrots, rosellas & cockies during your stay- or even a wombat on some nights!

Menzies Cottage is an hour east of Melbourne & set high on a mountain-side in the beautiful Dandenong Ranges. Enjoy views out to the Wellington Road farmlands & Cardinia Reservoir. On a clear day you can see Arthur’s Seat, Port Phillip & Westernport Bays. Visit nearby Puffing Billy Steam Train, go bushwalking, feed the friendly farm animals or settle-in for a lazy afternoon before watching the sun set. The cottage is fully self contained & with your own private entrance, deck & enclosed garden.

Our Yarra Valley Cottage

Gorgeous, character-filled cottage with open fireplace. Stunning mountain views and gardens. Walk to Warburton Rail Trail, Yarra River, and Launching Place Hotel for a meal or drink. Close to cafes, wineries, Healesville Sanctuary, Mt Donna Buang, and all the Yarra Valley offers. We live in a separate dwelling on-site—here to assist if needed but won’t interrupt your relaxing stay. Chat with our friendly dogs, George (Bull Mastiff) & Myrtle (Bulldog), highland cow, sheep, duck, and chooks.

Little House on the Hill

The Little House on the Hill at the eastern end of Warburton overlooks the chooks, the veggie patch, the orchard and across the valley to gorgeous 270° views. It is next door to the Big House, set on an acre that slopes down to the Yarra River. A great swimming spot on hot days and a good way to access the town and the rail trail (five minutes there, maybe ten minutes return - uphill). There are plenty of lovely walks nearby including the Aqueduct Trail that starts further up the hill.

Located 15 minutes from Warburton, this little gem is the perfect spot for retreating to the peace of the bush, only a short drive from beautiful Yarra Valley wineries. Our guests love relaxing in the hammock on the deck, listening to the birdsong, and snuggling up around an open fire. We can’t wait to welcome you to our forest retreat!

The Tiny House in the Rain Forest

A self contained tiny house situated among rainforest of the Yarra ranges. The forest surrounds us by three sides, with one neighbour next door. There are plenty of tracks to go walking. Ideal if your into bird watching, bush walking, or hiking. All our water comes from the little Yarra rivers tributaries so it's clean, untreated and fresh. The house stays very warm in winter with a cozy wood fire and cool in the summer shaded by a large beech tree.

A private self-contained standalone cottages situated on 7 acres surrounded by nature with a view to inspire. The Cottage has the following facilities: Queen size bed, Kitchen, Fridge, TV, Stereo, Deck with BBQ so you can sit back and take in the ambiance. The cottage also has a wood fire for romantic and warm evenings in. Breakfast ingredients included. * Please note we do have another cottage with a spa bath that you can book separately.
