Detroit is about 20 minutes away/Monroe is about 15 minutes-1/2 hr. from Toledo & less than 5 miles from Beaumont Hospital & Fermi! CLOSE TO METRO PARK, STATE LAND, HUNTING/FISHING!

Romantic Bungalow with new Hot Tub near Lake Erie

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful beachy bungalow. Our place is a 3-minute walk to the private beach located in Woodland Beach Association. It's a small space to get away to relax and enjoy the beach without spending a lot of money. New outdoor private hot tub just installed October 2024. Soak in our claw foot bathtub. Perfect place to stay for a couples get away, working remote, or working in the Monroe area. Cozy! Private! Romantic! Perfect for the fisherman as well.

Waterfront home with amazing views & great fishing

Beautiful and private backyard looking out at picturesque water views. Has a private dock to pull your boat up to. There is a marina, as well as a public boat launch less than 5 minutes away and Lake Erie is only a 10-minute boat ride from the house. You can also access the Huron River using kayaks within 5 minutes from our dock. The backyard has a patio and a built-in fire pit with a hot tub to enjoy both summer and winter nights with gorgeous sunsets over the water as your backdrop.

Detroit River walleye fishing central! This house is located minutes from Elizabeth park boat ramp and Lake Erie Metro Park ramp. Plenty of parking for multiple trucks/boats, power for charging batteries, safe parking and 2 car garage for storage of fishing equipment. 3 Bedroom (2 king, 1 queen bed), 2 full bathroom & large dining room table. Plenty of room on deck / back yard for fish cleaning. Located close to I-75 and 20 minutes from down town detroit.
