Don't be surprised to see a photographer taking wedding or family photo's or a local yoga or karate studio having a class in the park in front of the house. Your private backyard loft view is an open school yard field surrounded by trees.

Renovated in 2026! This basement suite is self-contained, has its own separate entrance, and has all the necessary items to become your home away from home! You are required to use two (2) sets of stairs to access the suite. A security camera is located at the front door. Pets are welcome! Let us know if your furry friend is coming so that we can prepare for their arrival.
