Gorgeous Suite in the Center of Berlin

This large private 2-room guest suite (68 sqm / 732 sq ft) is located in an independent wing of our apartment, dedicated specifically to our guests and family members staying over at our place. It is completely independent and very private, located on the first floor, facing the calm and charming inner garden of a new construction condominium building with floor to ceiling french windows and luxurious indoor and outdoor finishings. A private elevator leads directly into the apartment, where a separate door opens directly into your private suite area. The space features elegant heartwood floors with central heating, a sleek, luxurious and modern bathroom with rain shower and separate bathtub, as well as a fully equipped modern high-end kitchen. The living spaces are elegantly furnished with lots of love to small details. The bedroom features a king size (180x200cm) luxurious and very comfortable boxspring bed, where good night's sleep is guaranteed! All rooms of the suite face calm idyllic gardens, that will make you forget that you're actually staying in the city center. Guests have access to a 49 inch TV with Amazon FireTV Stick and complimentary entertainment: International TV, Netflix & Amazon PrimeVideo. Every guest finds at his arrival a breakfast set containing coffee, tea, Nesquik, jam, honey, Nutella, cornflakes, as well as a fridge filled with fresh milk, juice, butter, cheese and salami. Croissants and mini baguettes are in the freezer and ready to be baked in the oven. You will also find cooking essentials as olive oil, aceto balsamico, salt and pepper. One of us is always available online. In case you need any kind of help, please don't hesitate to let us know and feel free to contact us. We'll be happy to help! Located in the historic city center, this charming neighborhood is walking distance from superb restaurants and shopping as well as iconic locations like the Alexanderplatz, Checkpoint Charlie, and opera houses. U2 subway station is located in front of the building entrance. S-Bahnhof Alexanderplatz is within 2 min walking distance. If you need to do your laundry please let us know one day before your arrival . We'll gladly do the laundry for you, but we need to organize it, as the washing machine is located in our part of the apartment. You'll find a laundry bag in the bedroom's closet. The full service costs 20€ (to be paid cash upon arrival).

Ruhige Oase mit eigenem Park sehr zentral gelegen

Enjoy a great experience in this centrally located, sunny and bright accommodation consisting of 1 bedroom, 1 study with sofa bed, bathroom, hallway and a beautiful kitchen-living room with balcony and view of the hotel's own park. The apartment is 60sqm large, fully equipped and comfortably furnished. The 3.20 meter high ceilings ensure a pleasant climate. 2 subway lines can be reached in just 5-10 minutes. The beautiful Bergmankiez with many small shops is also just a few minutes' walk away.

A unique, wonderful hideaway! The apartment has recently been renovated and complete interior designed by the owner who managed to match beautiful features with pragmatic living. It enjoys its own private entrance trough the garden and is situated in a prime location in Kreuzberg. In the vicinity you will find beautiful shops, supermarkets, restaurants, museums and Berlin's most popular parks. The apartment is the perfect base for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers and families.

1. Prime Location,Situated in a central area . It’s just a 10-minute walk to Nollendorfplatz U-Bahn station, the central location of Berlin Pride events. 2. The apartment faces the street, offering an open view and plenty of natural light. While there may be some traffic noise during the day due to its street-facing position, the room remains quiet at night when the windows are closed. 3. Sunny terrace – a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the sunshine while taking in the city street views.

Our Zweifach Minilofts are ideal for up to 4 people. Within their 40 sqm there is a separate bedroom with a queen sized bed (160 x 200 cm), a living room with two sofas that convert into single beds, an open kitchen with a large table for working or dining, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. All Zweifach Minilofts have large windows with either north views to the park, or across the city square to the east.

Bright modern Loft, Tiergarten

This flat is for several reasons a unique place to live in Berlin. It is located right in the center of Berlin, close to the famous Tiergarten and adjacent to the busy Potsdamer Platz, however the flat faces a small park and is extremely quiet. Exquisitely furnished it is ready to move in and with its over 191sqm it is a spacious and bright space.
