It is 40 minutes to the Ocoee White Water Center, 35 minutes to downtown Chattanooga, 1 hour to Blue Ridge, GA. There is a fully stocked kitchen, front porch, back deck patio with fire pit and privacy fence for the pups. Snacks and waters are available upon arrival as well.

The house is just 2 miles away from the interstate, restaurant, movie theater & shopping. Off of the main road in a quiet older subdivision. Great stop over if traveling I-75. The Ocoee River & Cherokee National Forest are within 20 minutes driving. The bathroom is just outside the bedroom. The bed is queen size. Lee University is 5.7 miles away. Omega Center International is 4.8 miles away, both are easy to get to. Coffee/tea available anytime.

My cozy 74 yr. old farmhouse is at the end of a long gravel drive, surrounded by nothing but woods and the tranquility of nature! Enjoy the country front porch as you watch the sunset and the playful antics of my goats and their guardian dog, a Great Pyrenees named Sampson, who happily lives with his 8 friends….Mable, Callie, Mama, Fluffy, Billy, Blanche, Rose, & Dorothy.

Cozy cabin right on the Lower Ocoee river next to Nancy Ward public boat launch. Over 200’ if private river access with private takeout. Huge private lot with fire pit. Space includes a loft with queen bed and bedroom with twin bunk bed. This is the best little spot on the Ocoee for river lovers. Put in on the lower and takeout right in your backyard.
