Welcome to my little farm! It has been a labor of love since 2022! What started as a love for animals, soon grew into a love for hosting, hospitality, and watching the face of a child light up as they see a goat eye to eye for the first time! Come enjoy your morning coffee in the porch swing and watch the goats play, guarded by Sampson, a lovable Great Pyrenees who happily lives with his 8 friends….Mable, Callie, Mama, Fluffy, Billy, Blanche, Rose, & Dorothy. I’ll leave the light on for you!

Renovated house on 55 acres - Silo Hill Farm

Completely renovated house on 55 acres 20 minutes from Southern Adventist University and Lee University and 6 minutes from Howe farms. Enjoy the beautiful 1 mile hike up to the top of the hill and then relax in the hot tub for the evening. Drink coffee on the porch while your kids fish in the stocked pond or swing on the hammock. Take a quick trip to downtown Chattanooga or visit our next door neighbors Smith-Perry Berries. You will feel like you are escaping the city without being too far away.

Amazing view from the large covered back porch with access to 6 acres. Large tile shower in the master bedroom & deep soaking tub in the guest bath. All new appliances & access to washer/dryer. Enjoy all seasons on the covered porch with outdoor furniture and TV. Only 5 min from Howe Farms Venue & 22 min from Chatt airport. House does sit on a busy highway!

Relax with the whole family or room share with friends. Whether you are coming for a wedding at Five Gables (3 min down the road) or Howe Farms (6 minutes away) this is your perfect stay. Fully refurbished and upgraded, classic farmhouse with plenty of room. 3 nice size bedrooms, and with 3 bathrooms, you should all have plenty of space to get ready. Also the perfect spot to come visit your Lee University Student. Cook them a home cooked meal in the fully equipped Kitchen and hang as a family.

This makes it a perfect choice for those attending events or seeking a tranquil retreat while remaining close to all the areas.

Serenity in the City II

Welcome to Serenity in the City II. This newly remodeled home on historic Brown Avenue overflows with character and charm. Each cozy bedroom has its own theme. The kitchen has a French country style complete with fresh flowers, a stocked coffee bar, and homemade cookies to welcome you. Relax in the sitting area or spread out into the den. Enjoy the outdoor eating area, grill, and bistro lights. The porch is also a great place to unwind after a long day or enjoy your morning coffee.

The Cabin

Our cabin is fully furnished with two bedrooms, a open loft, two full bathrooms and a half bath, kitchen, laundry room, and a full basement on 9+ acres. The driveway is approximately 300 feet from boat ramp access to the Tennessee River. There’s also a separate covered shed for a boat and/or parking. There are lots of indoor and outdoor games, a grill for outdoor cooking, two fire pits, a large deck, a nature observation tower, 2 kayaks and a canoe, and a variety of swings to enjoy.

Rockholt River House

Relax with the whole family at our Peaceful waterfront River House! The Rockholt River house is one level sitting on 2 level acres with a fenced back yard on the beautiful Hiwassee River in Georgetown, TN with its own Dock! Our home is located in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood. Best of small town river life with all conveniences like Wifi. We are only a few miles from a Grocery Store, a Public Boat Ramp (Hwy 58) and BNB Marina. Bring your Boat and Floats for some relaxation!

Welcome to the loft at Strawberry Estates. Join us in our vibrant new farmhouse home on 10 acres. Peaceful area and safe surroundings will give you that country feel. Your loft suite is 100% private with your own drive up entrance. This is a one room suite with a lovely bathroom with a deep soaking tub. Enjoy your own mini split HVAC. Listen to the roosters crow in the distance. PLEASE note swimming pool is open. Swim responsibility and at your own risk.
