The best thing about this 140 sqm. big apartment is the space and the light. Nature on one side, and the buzzing city on the other. We LOVE living here. Located in the heart of Hellerup city - 15 minuts from the center of Copenhagen by car and only 8 minutes by train. Hellerup is a beautiful little harbour village, with stunning old buildings, café's, restaurants, shopping and 2 great beaches. We welcome all nationalities, religions, sexual preferences and of course families with children.

Charming villa by the sea

This beautifully renovated Skovshoved home enjoys a prime location opposite Skovshoved Harbour (15min North of Copenhagen). The main house includes a master bedroom and two cozy children’s rooms. The guesthouse accommodates 1-2 adults or older children. The garden and wooden terrace provide the perfect setting for family time and activities like football, trampoline and pétanque. Hosting 2-4 adults and 2-4 children, this home is the perfect blend of seaside charm, and family-friendly comfort.

SEA VILLA near Copenhagen

The small harbour of Skovshoved is one of the more famous harbours in the northern part of Zealand. The area is a perfect place to go on vacation with kids, wanting to see Copenhagen, as you have nature, and the city only 15minutes by car, 25minutes by train to the Citycenter. On top of this, you have the calmness the area, and the forest called Dyrehaven very close. The sandy beaches at Hellerup, Bellevue and Taarbaek (more calm during the summer) is only a twenty minutes walk from the house.

Havkig - lige ved strand, shopping og tæt på KBH C

I vil være tæt på alt, når I bor i denne centralt beliggende lejlighed i hjertet af Hellerup med havkig fra altanen. 150m til stranden, 100m til Strandvejen med shopping og indkøb samt S-tog og buslinje til centrum København på 20 min. Lejligheden er en høj stuelighed med nem adgang. Den indeholder en stue, køkken alrum, soveværelse samt badeværelse. Yderligere er der en mindre altan med havkig. Der er ingen WIFI, så smart TV i stue og soveværelse er kun muligt ved egen internetdeling.

Overnatning på vandet

Nyd et ophold i en ægte dansk klassiker, designet i 1966 bygget i 1973. Denne båd er bygget i glasfiber, med interiør i Teak og mahogni med focus på rummelighed. Nyd livet på agterdækket, og hyggen om aftenen i salonen. Der er mulighed for at opvarme båden hvis det bliver køligt om aftenen. Der kan ikke varmes mad ombord. Der er køleskab, elkedel, Nespresso maskine og service. Håndklæder, viskestykker og sengetøj ligger klar ved ankomst. Der er kaffekapsler, toiletpapir og håndsæbe.

Idyllisk hus tæt på vandet

Skab nogle minder i denne unikke og familievenlige bolig. Stilfuldt Skovser hus fra 1870, nænsomt total istandsat med kun de bedste materialer. Tæt på havet og havnen med masser af liv. Der er kort til Hellerup by og København kun 15 min væk i bil. Stort nok til den store familie eller to par. Der er en dejlig have med trampolin og hyggelige gårdhave med grill til sommeraftener. Derudover er der parkeringsplads til 3 biler og elladestander. Et skur med vaskemaskine og tørretumbler.

Nestled in a quiet neighborhood just moments away from the vibrant Copenhagen city center, Waterfront shopping, Svanemøllen beach, Tivoli Gardens, and FC København Parken Stadium. The naturally-lit and spacious layout ensures plenty of room to relax and unwind, providing a comfortable atmosphere for your stay.

Great villa apartment on a great location with sea view. Beach 2 minutes walk. 5 minutes to Skovshoved Harbour. 2 minutes to the forest. 3 bedrooms, 1 living room, a kitchen and 1 bathroom. Great terasse. Includes free parking. Only 10-15 min by bus/train from Cph city center. Great for a summer vacation combining beach, forest and city.
