Centralt beliggende i Charlottenlund ligger denne 1-vær på 42 kvm med en ugenert udsigt mod øst, over Ordrup Park. 5 min til de to hoved-indkøbsstrøg i Charll, 10 min til stationen og yderligere 15 min, så befinder du dig i centrum af Cph. Tæt på skov og strand, Charll skov, Dyrehaven etc. PS: Sengen er 140x200 cm, med en stor dobbelt dyne. PPS: Og der må naturligvis ikke ryges i min lejlighed. Ved ikke hvor jeg ellers skal skrive det :)

Parties are not allowed. Only for calm people!
