Hellerup apartment with ocean view

The apartment is in an old building with high ceilings, lots and lots of light and a balcony, facing straight south, so you can enjoy the sunrise and sunset looking over the ocean and the small harbour. Kitchen and dining room are two rooms connected with a double door. The bedroom is bright and clean with a very comfortable king size bed. The two living rooms are always nice and clean with a woodburning stove. The kitchen is fully euqipped with fridge, freezer, dish washer, toaster, blender, juicer, soaps etc. The apartment is on the third floor and very quiet and bright. I always keep it nice and clean. The apartment is nicely suited for a couple, friends or business travelers wanting to wake up to something unique and bright. The Area This place is one of most trendy and attractive areas in the city right now with lots of stores, plus of course Emmerys and Lagkagehusets famous coffeshops and bakeries just down on the corner, fancy designer stores and good restaurants. Distances Aiport: 30 min. by car. 30 min by Bus and Metro. You need to take the train to Hellerup station and then 10 min walk or take a taxi from the station. The ocean and a nice small beach is just next to the house and a harbor with a tennis court and rose garden. Supermarket: 100m Cafe: 100 m. City center: 8 km. Utilities / Treats Large king size bed Free very fast wifi Sheets and covers for the bed 40" flatscreen TV with apple TV connected, International news channels and Netflix account available. Free parking on the street. Nice sound system supported by Apple Airport so you can play wireless through Itunes, Ipod, Iphone or just by connecting with the jack plug. Kitchen is fully euqipped with fridge, freezer, dish washer, toaster, blender, juicer, soaps etc. Nice, soft and warm sheets and pillows. Washing machine in the cellar. Towels and toiletpaper. Beautiful villa flat with exceptionel location

Charming 125 year old house with beautiful details, big windows and a stunning light. A private garden with terracce and BBQ for lovely summer evenings with good food and come wine. The location is exceptionel with only a 5 min walk to the beach, harbour and playground - and good shopping! The city center of Copenhagen is easily reached either with car (15 min) or train (10 min). Two big bedrooms upstairs (kids rooms); one room with 2 x 120 cm beds that can easily be shared by 4 kids. And one room with a single bed that can be extended to 160 cm. One double bed in the basement. No parking on the premise but free parking in the street in front of the house.

Spacious & newly renovated apartment in lower part of villa, close to beaches and the Copenhagen tourist attractions. The apartment has its own entrance, bathroom, living room with couch, TV and dining table, a large bedroom with TV, sleeping up to 4 guests (a 5th childbed on mattress can be provided), and small kitchen (microwave, hob, fridge, coffemachine, electric kettle, plates, glasses etc). Bedring faces the garden and is quiet. Guests not allowed, nor music >10 pm. Min age of adults 28.

The bed-sittingroom, home for one. No smoking in house. Pleasant basement room with a comfortable single bed , two good armchairs for lounging and reading , and a small desk for working, book case and room for clothes. Adjoining bathroom with shower, hair dryer . Kitchenette with cooking facilities, refrigerator, microoven, toaster and electric kettle. - washing machine/drier, that you may use ONLY upon request :) I speak fluent English/French. German and understand Italian.

A perfect place for families and friends, part of an iconically designed “functionalist” style villa. This very convenient apartment is furnished with a master bedroom, a room with two beds and a cozy living room that can be used as a very comfortable double bedroom. You can also enjoy your own kitchen, fully equipped. The entrance is independent, the location is 10 mins away from a very connected train station and very close to an excellent shopping street, parks and beaches. Parking is free.

Værelset er Enkelt og lyst indrettet, med sofa, bord, gode stole og en dobbelt seng. Og udsigt til haven. En mellemgang fører til rum med garderobe samt mikroovn, køleskab, nespresso, vandkoger etc. som kun er til lejere af værelset. Og herfra videre til bad og toilet, som kun benyttes af lejere. Området er 10 min gang til S-tog og bus til Københavns med kultur og shopping, Nordsjælland, Louisiana, Kronborg etc. Gå-oplevelser i naturen i Dyrehaven, nærliggende parker og ved hav og strand.

Large two-bedroom 126 square meters very bright apartment with stucco ceilings, wooden floors, south west facing balcony and overlooking nice houses and gardens (3rd floor). The flat is comprising dining room, living room, larger room with one single bed and Master bedroom with King Size bed. Large kitchen with new appliances and a light bathroom. The place is close to the sea, very nice shops, restaurants etc. Hellerup is known for its top location/amazing soroundings 7km north of CPH.

Copenhagen - Skøn lys lejlighed

Skøn lys stue / 1. sals lejl. på 100 m2, med dejlig solrig altan. Lejl. ligger i den charmerende strandby Hellerup, hvor I finder mange unikke butikker og hyggelige cafeer. Lejl. ligger tæt på Bernstorffsvej S-togs station - ca. 15 min. til Kbh. centrum. Desuden forbindelse nordpå til bl.a. Louisiana og Helsingør. Lejl. er en ældre, privat bolig, hvor jeg bor til dagligt med mine to teenage drenge, så forvent ikke 'hotel cleaning' - men der imod et charmerende privat hjem.
