Tabu (Geilo)

Nice view of Geilo and its slopes situated 950m above sea level. NOK 75 per passing up to the hut by automatic camera-monitored toll road. Geilo has many activities for families and couples. Skiing, dog-sleighing, rafting, bicycling, horse-back riding, bowling and hiking. The hut is on the doorstep of Hardangervidda National Park. Personalized interior. Accessible by car during summer, and winter on a snow-ploughed private road. 4x4 recommended during winter. Bed linen and towels included!

Stor og koselig familiehytte på Ustaoset

Hytta ligger 5 km vest for Ustaoset, ca. 100 meter fra rv 7. Vei helt opp som brøytes om vinteren. Det er fantastisk turterreng både sommer og vinter. Hytta er fra 1950. Den er blitt moderninsert, og bygget på i 2015. Det er fine uteplasser hvor dere kan nyte den fantastiske utsikten til Ustevann og Hardangervidda. En veloppdragen hund er velkommen. Gjester må ha med sengetøy og håndklær. Gjester må rydde før avreise, men kan velge å bruke vår faste hjelp til vasking (se nedenfor).

Nice cabin at Geilo -your private refuge

Lovely cabin in a quiet area about 4km from the centre of Geilo. The cabin can comfortably accomodate a family, and a week here will give you a refreshed mind and lowered shoulders. The cabin was refurbished in 2020 and combines closeness to nature with modern luxury. You get a beautiful view from a large terrace. Both hiking and cross-country tracks are found right by the cabin. The cabin has free wifi, a TV with Apple TV and Nespresso machine. There is a jacuzzi at no additional charge.

«Hallingtun» - Peace and nature

Cozy cabin built with traditional architecture from the «Hallingdal» area. Excellent sun conditions, outdoor and indoor fire place, sauna, great montain view and a hand-crafted log annex. A great place for winter and summer activities: Cross country slopes and sleding hill just outside the door, ski lifts 10 min away, cycling and hiking routes, nearby mountain farms, swim in rivers, canoo available, etc. Eating chair, changing table and sleeping bed for babies/small children available.

Leilighet/Full apartment 150m from Ustedalsfjorden

A cozy apartment 2 km from the center of Geilo, 150 m from the Ustedalsfjord with a beach, running/bike trails and paddling in summer and ski trails in winter. A mountain biking paradise (trails, pump tracks, downhill mountain biking are close). The apartment is simple; it has its own entrance, two bedrooms, bathroom, a patio, full kitchen and floor heating throughout the apartment. Provisioning available on request. We speak Norwegian, English and Dutch.

Fjellsyn -1110 moh. Vakker fjellhytte/Haugastøl

Fjellsyn ligger 1110 m.o.h. og er en vakker tømmerhytte/stabbur på Haugastøl, med fantastisk panoramautsikt over Ustevann og Hardangervidda nasjonalpark. Hallingskarvet sees mot Nord. Her er solen fra tidlig morgen til sen kveld. Hytten har Rallarvegen og magisk Hardangervidda som nærmeste nabo. Det er kort vei til Geilo og Ustaoset i øst, og Hardanger i vest. Hytten har naturen rett utenfor døren, og du kan benytte de utallige stier og løyper i området

Cosy little cabin

The cabin is very small, but quite comfortable. (Around 10 kvm) The bathroom is separate. Rustic interior. Most suitable for couples and good friends. If you need more space, take a look at the other cabin on our farm, (Cottage anno 1711) Sauna can be rented. 300NOK / 30 Euro per use. If you arrive by train or bus, we can pick you up at the station. For this we will charge 150 NOK / 15 Euro per way.

Modern mountain cabin - 8 beds. Electricity incl.

This is a modern, bright, and cozy cabin on one level, with 3 (4 bedrooms), 8 beds, and everything you need for a pleasant stay in the mountains. Two of the bedrooms have fold-down desks - perfect for workation. The modern fireplace will provide both comfort and warmth after a long day in the fresh mountain air. Electricity (ex. EV charging) included in the rent. The cabin is new, from 2022.

Welcome to Helin, a beautiful mountain area with cottages and mountain farms. It is a fabulous area for hiking, biking and skiing. Experience the special atmosphere that follows when the surroundings are simple, when you light candles, get heating from the wood stove and water from the outside water faucet or the river – this is a simple, and enormously good life!
