Covered 2 slip boat dock w/ new stairs down to the dock. Kayak accessible. This home is 4 bedroom 3 bath on 7 acres w/ new flooring thru out w/ gas fireplace. There's 2 tvs w/Dish, dvd player & dvds. No wifi. Very secluded at the end of a private drive. Great fishing off the dock which is a short walk from the house. This stretch of river is world class fishing. This "A-Frame" sits on the bank of the famous White River in Gassville, AR. There is approximately 500 sq. feet downstairs that includes a full kitchen, bathroom with a shower, and a washer and dryer. There is a living room and a sleeper sofa for an additional bed downstairs. There is 280 sq. feet upstairs that includes a queen bed and two twin beds. Both levels have a 32" screen TV with streaming. There is also a nice outdoor living space with a covered porch and a large deck.
