We are in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to trails, close to shopping areas & I-25. Host lives upstair and is available to assist & would like to make your stay confortable & enjoyable.

Garden level in historic house just blocks to UNC or short walk to Greeley's historic downtown. This dog-friendly three-bedroom with full kitchen with coffee makers and full complement of cookware. Living area with a 55" smart TV, big couch and comfy recliner, dining table and AC. Two bedrooms feature mission style queen beds and original Santa Fe artwork. The third bedroom has twin beds suitable for kids or adults. Private, off-street parking at your door for centrally located convenience.

The garage can be used to store your bikes or ski's and parking available in front of house for vehicles. Walking out the front door is a beautiful view of Longs Peak and the Rocky Mountains. I have two "Scottish Fold" cats who live in my space so, if you have cat allergies this may not be the place for you.

A spacious 1 bedroom upstairs home with a large bathroom, tons of storage space, and comfy furnishings. Located just minutes from highway 34, this location can't be beat. It's tucked away in a quaint neighborhood so it's a quiet atmosphere and very safe. The rooms are spacious and have large windows to bring in lots of light. There are large TVs, plenty of space to relax, and great amenities to make your stay comfortable and pleasant. Garage beneath is not accessible to guests at this time.

Unique large studio on garden level with wood burning stove. The wood burning stove faces the comfortable queen bed. Cozy loveseat with ottoman, full of blankets, in front of a smart TV. Enter your account details to be able to watch it. It has a 3/4 bathroom (stand up shower) with all linens provided. Work desk and chair. Dining table for two next to the kitchen. Coffee and tea are provided. Long stays encouraged, dates are only blocked for possible long-term renters. 1 hour drive to RMNP.

Perfect location to hop on the paved river trail with a bike and brewery hop in Fort Collins, explore Lory State Park, raft the Poudre River, float in Horsetooth Reservoir, and rock climb in the canyon. It is a quiet place located right outside of Fort Collins.
