We have a great Lakehouse, more than just a place to sleep, like visiting a family cottage, good for couples or groups. We love to host visitors to the Michiana area: Niles, South Bend, Notre Dame, Andrews University, Lake Michigan. We are happy to host for ND games and graduation. Located in a quiet, safe neighborhood. There are 4 bedrooms, beds for up to 10 guests. There's a patio with lounge chairs, grill, picnic table, fire pit, and beach. We serve full breakfast. Tandem Inn Cozy Barn Room.

This cozy room has a built in queen platform bed, private bathroom with a new tiled shower and a barn door. It includes a delicious homemade breakfast at 8:30. We have lots of space in our home that invites you to relax, read a book, play a game, put a puzzle together, bird watch, enjoy hot cocoa by the fire or a glass of wine on the porch swing. South Haven is close by with many restaurants, beaches, hiking paths, bowling, movie theater and golfing right next door.

Braeburn Queen Suite - Kingsley House B&B

Very romantic and secluded, the Braeburn suite features an in-room whirlpool tub, and pillowtop Queen bed for a dreamy respite from the world. The private entrance includes private patio with bistro set for early breakfast for two or late night star-gazing. PLEASE NOTE: There are no windows in this lower level suite. Braeburn Junior Suite features a heart-shape Jacuzzi tub in the suite. A very romantic touch at a fraction of the cost of our full-size suites.
