Beautiful small home designed after many trips to Italy! Located in a peaceful neighborhood tucked in a wooded area. IMPORTANT: There will be house construction in front of this Airbnb from Mon-Fri From 9am-6pm. We apologize about the inconvenience in advance. We are 7 minutes from downtown Forest City, 12 minutes from TIEC, 20 minutes to Shelby, 1 hour to Asheville, and 1 hour more or less to many mountains, waterfalls and outdoor activities! Close to many supermarkets stores and restaurants

Cozy cottage with one bedroom (queen bed) and bath has been completely remodeled with new hardwood floors, granite counter tops, kitchen appliances and w/d. There is a nice little deck out back with a charcoal grill or enjoy a quiet evening around the fire pit out front. Five minutes to Rutherford Hospital, easy access to TIEC, the nearby blueridge mountains, historic Asheville and Hendersonville or if you are looking for something different you could easily visit Charlotte or Greenville SC.

Beach access and 2 SUP are available but PLEASE ask us before you go on the water- our lake association requires an owner be present when guests are in the water. Situated in a 3+ acre gated compound surrounded on three sides by Fairforest Creek, our guest house feels like a mountain hideaway yet it's only a 3 minute drive to downtown Spartanburg. Enjoy the private patio overlooking the creek to relax or prepare a meal on the gas grill. Dogs are welcome, and we have 2 very social dogs that you will probably encounter during your stay. There's ample parking for vehicles and room to roam and enjoy the park-like setting.

Looking for a new adventure? Come stay on our working farm. Learn about dairy sheep, raising chickens and gardening, or just relax and listen to the water rushing on the creek trail. The apartment is located in the front of the property. This property overlooks a small pasture and surrounded by woods with several small creeks and trails. More pasture is in the rear of property. Large porch off the apartment for sitting and bird watching.
