My stay was absolutely perfect! Laura was there to greet me promptly at check in time with information on the city, restaurant recs and lovely conversation. The building is old and gorgeous only adding to the experience. With fresh sheets, towels and waterfall shower! The neighborhood is quaint and cute with everything you need in walking distance. It was a treat to be right on the canal as well. Laura brought breakfast each morning with a healthy assortment of breads, fresh fruit and more. (I'm pretty sure that was freshly squeezed fruit juice as well?!) Absolutely fantastic experience!

Vi havde et godt ophold, boligen svarede til beskrivelsen og vi manglede ikke noget.

Zeer mooi appartement met alles wat je nodig hebt. Ook zalig balkonnetje waar je kan genieten van het zonnetje. Op wandelafstand van metro en winkel dus Amsterdam binnen handbereik maar wel met de rust van buiten het centrum. Heerlijk. Ook was het ontvangst en de communicatie heel hartelijk.

Demi is a fantastic host. Perfect communication, and we received great information along with excellent restaurant recommendations. The accommodation is bright and very cozy. I haven’t slept in such a comfortable bed in a long time. Everything is also easily accessible on foot. We can definitely recommend it.

Wie auch beim ersten Mal war alles klasse. Sehr sauber..alles liebevoll vorbereitet. Clara (Vermieterin) kam einmal vorbei um zu fragen ob alles in Ordnung ist! Aber hier stimmt wirklich ALLES! Vom den Apartments aus ist alles fussläufig zu erreichen, Stadtkern und auch der Strand. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!!!

Het Tolhuisje was een heerlijke plek, met liefde verbouwd en het was er heel gezellig en sfeervol. Het contact met Marieke en Frank was, zowel Voorafgaand aan als tijdens ons verblijf, heel prettig. En Raalte ligt in een omgeving, waar zowel voor fietsers, wandelaars als liefhebbers van dorpjes en steden, van alles te doen is.

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft von Pieter und Irene sehr wohl gefühlt und das leckere Frühstück genossen. Wenn ich mal wieder in die Gegend komme, würde ich nicht zögern, wieder hier zu übernachten und kann die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

Wonderful apartment in traditional canal house in great location. 10-15 mins walk to city centre and from Central station. Less than 10 mins walk to Anne Frank House. We loved all aspects of the apartment; it was well equipped and very comfortable. The bed was super comfy. Wi-fi speed was excellent. Building felt very safe and secure and was very peaceful. Apartment is at the top of the canal house so there are quite a few steps. Sebastiaan was a wonderful host. He helped carry our case at check in and check out, provided some lovely gifts and beautiful flowers, ensured we had a smooth start to our stay and kindly offered to help with anything else we needed. He provided advice on nearest supermarkets and on canal tours etc. Highly recommend. We had a wonderful stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, the accommodation was perfect, spacious, clean, well presented, comfortable. The games room and bikes were a nice bonus. The location was great for Amsterdam central, Leon and his family were happy to help with taxi service and it made it a super easy experience. It was also nice to come to a much quieter area to stay and escape the busy city. Leon answered all of our questions, explained everything well, you couldnt ask for more from an air BnB stay.

Tine e la sua famiglia ha accolto me e i miei amici nel migliore dei modi dandoci tutto l’aiuto e le info possibili. La casa è un paradiso, per i tuoi giorni qui sei catapultato nell’autentica vita di un olandese nella classica e originale casa a punta con le scale strette!!😍 È proprio quello che cercavo. Servizi della casa perfetti. Abbiamo utilizzato le bici a disposizione per arrivare alla stazione di Zandjk e prendere lo sprinter per Amsterdam. Comodo. Fornisce anche i lucchetti per legare le bici alla stazione o dove si vuole. Tutto questo sempre accompagnato dai fantastici animali nella zona circostante che rendevano tutto ancora più autentico e magico 💚 TORNEREMO!!!! 🙏🏻

Mooi ruim huis, leuke inrichting en mooie tuin, voorzieningen in huis perfect, mn ook voor kinderen. Je hebt alle privacy. Kortom, voor ons was het perfect

Mati's canal home apartment was an ideal location for seeing Amsterdam & for a girl's weekend catch up. Mati is a fantastic host. Her flowers made her door extremely photo worthy and the space was larger than we expected. In addition, she suggested an excellent lunch spot for our onward journey to Delft. We hope to be back!

Eine sehr gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit ausreichend Stellmöglichkeiten und wir konnten unsere Fahrräder in der Scheune abstellen. Hot-Tub und Sauna werden mit Holz beheizt und damit muss man für den Hot-Tub schon mal 4 Stunden einplanen wenn man ihn das erste mal einheizt. Am nächsten Tag geht es deutlich schneller. Das Wasser wird auf Wunsch gewechselt. Die Saune braucht ca. 1 Stunde bis sie heiß ist. Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders hat uns die Ruhe gefallen. Es ist alles da was man braucht, obwohl: Ein Wäscheständer wäre gut und eine größere Schüssel für Salat in der Küche. (Das ist aber Jammern auf hohem Niveau ;-) ) Bis Harlingen sind es mit dem Fahrrad ca. 10 km und bis Franeker ca. 16 km. Alles gut mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen. Die Gastgeber sind super nett und hilfsbereit.

Casa spaziosa, pulita e ben equipaggiata. Si trova in un paesino tranquillo e molto suggestivo (la piccola Gieethorn). Micaela molto gentile e accogliente durante il check-in. Abbiamo trascorso 6 giorni in serenità e comfort e abbiamo visitato in auto vari siti dell'Olanda (Amsterdam, Keukenhof, Leiden, Haarlem, Volendam e Marken, Zaanse Schan, Gieethorn) sapendo di tornare la sera in una casetta perfetta per riposarsi. Consigliatissimo.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Schönes Haus in ruhiger Strasse, das Zentrum ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Treppen sind recht steil. Edwin ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, der uns gute Tipps über die Stadt und besondere Restaurants gegeben hat. In der Nähe des Hauses gibt es sogar eine Ladestation für das E-Auto.

Superbe séjour dans ce logement, nous avons été très satisfaits du début à la fin.

This was the perfect place to stay for our trip to Amsterdam! It was a great location that made traveling around the city very easy. I would highly recommend this as a place to stay!

We stayed at Lily‘s apartment over the weekend and we felt right at home. My first thought was: so beautiful! Damn, we’re only staying for 2 nights 😂 The ocean was so close 🌊 we could even see it from the couch, which was very cozy, and the apartment looked like in the photos. I’m definitely coming back! ♥️

Alles tiptop. Marcel und seine Frau helfen bei allem, sind sehr freundlich und entspannt. Wir haben das Elektroboot von Marcel ausgeliehen und eine Tour über die Kanäle und See gemacht. Es war herrlich. Marcel hat uns dabei gut eingewiesen. Vielen Dank!

un grand merci à Anna, l'appartement est mieux que sur les photos, super propre, l'emplacement à 10 min en transport public de centrale station et de l'hypercentre avec les transports au pied de l'appartement Anna nous a permis d'arriver plus tôt et nous a proposé de laisser nos bagages dans le logement pour notre dernière journée, nous avons profité de tous les conseils d'Anna, vraiment je vous recommande Anna et son logement

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad. De plek was privé en had alles voor een paar dagen welverdiende rust. Het bed was comfortabel en het uitzicht was prachtig. De zitplek aan het water was onze favoriet. De omgeving is ook geweldig! We hebben ruim 80 kilometer gefietst . We raden deze plek zeker aan 👍

Perfect quiet setting, and conveniently located close to multiple train stations. We were amazed at how quiet this neighborhood is, given its close proximity to the city center. Iris provided helpful info on nearby markets & great communication throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

I had an amazing stay at this apartment! Everything was exactly as described, and even better in person. The place was spotless, modern, and had all the amenities I needed. The bed was super comfortable and one of the highlights was the bathroom, which featured a nice bathtub, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The location was fantastic, close to great restaurants, shops, and public transport was right in front of the door, making it easy to explore the area. The host was incredibly responsive and made check-in/check-out smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area! I’ll definitely be back!
