Downstairs are one double bed in the corner in a bright room, with a toilet nearby . The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, with a fantastic view and 2 terrasses and a big garden. Only 9oo m from public transportations, supermarket, bakery and fast food. 30 min. from downtown Cph, by car and max 1/2 hour by train from Holte station.

The house is just 100 m from the old Værløse Air Base, now a quiet nature area with trails, fields, and birdsong. It has two floors, terraces, and access to a large shared rooftop terrace with sunset views. We live in a small co-housing community with two other families. Søndersø lake, Hareskoven forest, and a train to Copenhagen (25 min) are nearby.

Det ligger i flotte omgivelser lige op til skov og sø, og er perfekt som stille arbejdsplads eller som roligt gæstehus. Det er et ældre hus, der rummer alt hvad I skal bruge. Dejlig dobbeltseng i soveværelset, fuldt udstyret køkken. I stuen er der en dejlig stor hjørnesofa og pejs. Stuen ligger op ad et beboet værelse, som ikke er en del af udlejningen.

Lovely house with garden and close to the forest

It is located very central next to the forest and close to the train station. It is a very family friendly area with a private playground. The house entails two bathrooms (one with bathtub). Upstairs you will find 4 big bedrooms with bed for 6 people: Beds: - 1 double size bed, 2 persons (180x200) - 4 single beds (90x180) (please note 2 of the single beds is in a bunk bed, but adult size) - baby bed can be arranged if needed.
